Hotel has a good location in Oostende. The staff was very friendly.

Good staff and facilities, good location in the city.

The rooms were basic and the decoration very tired. Bathrooms were poorly maintained and shower fixing was loose had to be hand held in place. Paint and paper all scuffed, chipped and in need of renewal. not what I expected of Golden Tulip hotels.

i liked the location of the hotel, the pool and it had a very good breakfast.looks better from the lobby. i would stay again if i got a double bed

i got bitten during the nite by insects and saw insects on the room floor. gave me two single beds pushed together when i wanted a double bed.

Worst hotel of my 40+ years of international travel. Bad service, bad food, no amenities, no wake up call (sorry we forgot) rude front desk. Pillows felt like stuffed with peanuts, old the whole hotel stunk of sewar. No parking because of repairs in garage.

Should get my money back for staying in that god forsaken place. Have told all Belgiun friends never to stay there. Disgusting place!

The Junior Suite was ok, the standard room in the olfder part of the hotel not at all. Parking facilities offered by the hotel.

Booked a standard room. We received a room in the older part of the hotel. Had to complain about the room as it was horrible. It was as big as a student room with no facilities at all. Small bathroom, tiny elevator. Payed extra to move to the junior suite. The standard room is not worth 85 euro/night.

their breakfast is simple, but excellent. I always look forward to it. the staff was very helpful and flexible with my requests. the renovated rooms are very comfortable, and the facilities (workout room, pool, spa) were nice also. it's not high luxury, but it is modern, clean, and enjoyable. I stay in Ostende every 6 months.

exercise room (which probably rarely gets used): no towels, one machine didn't work. nothing big.

The rooms were not as described. Superior room was tiny and no different to a standard room. Overpriced.

The harbour and the beach are very close to the hotel. i like that.

Hôtel accueillant, lit douillet, tv écran plat, bar chaleureux, petit déjeuner copieux. Personnel avenant et serviable. Hôtel principal rénové il y a peu. A recommander si logement en couple et hors annexe.

Dans l'annexe, salle de bain assez vétuste. Mauvais écoulement de la vidange de la douche, pas d'emplacement prévu pour ranger quelques effets personnels, douche peu avenante. Aile réservée aux chambres single( ? ). Aucun changement depuis le mois de mai 2009. L'annexe a besoin d'un sérieux coup de frais et de neuf.
