estupenda situacion,muy cerca de la estacion central, una ventaja para visitar otras ciudades como Brujas o Gante .Al centro historico tambien tambien llegas dando un paseo.La limpieza impecable y el personal muy amable. Ha pasado a llamarse Hotel Leopold ,por ese motivo nos costó encontrarlo. El desayuno estaba bien aunque la bolleria era muy escasa |

Esta muy bien situado, entre la Estacion Central y el Centro de la ciudad, junto a un parque. Las habitaciones son amplias y el desayuno bastante completo. |

Teníamos una suite, con preciosas vistas al parque de enfrente, como el retiro, con un ventanal de al menos 8 metros, dio gusto el amanecer. O las vistas al mismo al atardecer. El parking esta lejos y es supercutre, en España lo calificariamos de nave para demolición. A la suite, no se porque, le faltaba la nevera. Además nadie hablaba español, habíamos pedido fumadores y tuvieron que desconectar de la suite el equipo de extinción de incendios, porque era de no fumadores. |

el hotel estaba en obras y los obreros andaban por el comedor mientras los clientes estaban desayunando, me parece una falta de educacion de parte de los proveedores |

la habitacion muy confortable, personal check in amable estaban de obras asi que no habia restaurante. en la habitacion te dejan una nota que te ofrecen el servicio de habitacion quitandole el cargo adicional por subir la comida y al final te lo cobran (5€). La comida no era nada excepcional. |

las nuevas habitaciones tienen una decoracion exquisita, moderna y cómoda quizas en comparación la entrada al hotel está un poco desfasada con respecto a las nuevas habitaciones |

Cerca del centro. Habitaciones muy amplias. Buenas camas y almohadas. Hacía mucha calor en la habitación aunque la calefacción estaba totalmente apagada y no me dejaba dormir bien. |

Hotel tranquilo, sin ruidos, habitación renovada con cama amplia, y cerca de la estación central. Es de agradecer que en la habitación pongan termo de agua con tazas, azucar, te y cafe soluble para tomar algo cuando regresas al hotel. El desayuno tipo buffet tiene de todo, no grandes bandejas pero con calidad. Servicio tranquilo y ambiente muy sereno. |

Luxury hotel with tea and coffee provided. and also a large comfortable bed.Enjoyed watching the flat screen and using the luxury toiletries provided. Nothing wrong with hotel although would have liked a fridge to keep drinks cool. |

It is close to the city center; the breakfast was good, with enough choices. Hotel staff was very polite. We were unaware that the hotel Carlton changed to Leopold Hotel, with different management. We were told that in the future, it would not be possible anymore to add an extra bed for a child to a room, unless a junior suite is booked. This entails a big difference in price. As a result, a couple with one child may have to look for a different hotel in the future that offers rooms with the possibility of adding an extra bed without having to book an expensive suite. |

we enjoyed the new decor and huge spacious rooms. this was our second stay at this hotel and it certainly won't be the last. we had a great time. No there was nothing at all that we didn't like about the hotel. we would highly recommend it. |

easy to find central location on a quiet street. the internet in the bedrooms did not work, had to use the wifi in the lobby instead. i expected the hotel would have at a minimum gym and sauna facilities. |

Very pleasant, competent and helpful staff and a good location to explore the city. Recent refurbishment fits the purpose of the hotel as "boutique" accommodation. The hotel bar should stay open beyond 1130pm and prior notice of closing should be made available to residents. |

The hotel is centrally located and easy to find - there are lots of jewelleries in its neighbourhood. Nice design in the rooms - however the lobby was still under construction while we were there... (btw we did hear the noise of work in the rooms). The breakfast was fair. Renovation of the building in progress - including the lobby. Good news that no noise in the rooms. |
