Uprzejma obsluga, cisza i spokoj, niewielka odleglosc od centrum miasta, niewielka odleglosc od dworca kolejowego. Hotelowy parking dla samochodow: obskorny, slabo zabezpieczony przed zlodziejami, a bardzo drogi. |

Luxury hotel with tea and coffee provided. and also a large comfortable bed.Enjoyed watching the flat screen and using the luxury toiletries provided. Nothing wrong with hotel although would have liked a fridge to keep drinks cool. |

It is close to the city center; the breakfast was good, with enough choices. Hotel staff was very polite. We were unaware that the hotel Carlton changed to Leopold Hotel, with different management. We were told that in the future, it would not be possible anymore to add an extra bed for a child to a room, unless a junior suite is booked. This entails a big difference in price. As a result, a couple with one child may have to look for a different hotel in the future that offers rooms with the possibility of adding an extra bed without having to book an expensive suite. |

The staff were very helpful and professional, the rooms were very well decorated and had everything we needed. The hotel was near to many of the sities places of interest. I would stay here again |

we enjoyed the new decor and huge spacious rooms. this was our second stay at this hotel and it certainly won't be the last. we had a great time. No there was nothing at all that we didn't like about the hotel. we would highly recommend it. |

easy to find central location on a quiet street. the internet in the bedrooms did not work, had to use the wifi in the lobby instead. i expected the hotel would have at a minimum gym and sauna facilities. |

Very pleasant, competent and helpful staff and a good location to explore the city. Recent refurbishment fits the purpose of the hotel as "boutique" accommodation. The hotel bar should stay open beyond 1130pm and prior notice of closing should be made available to residents. |

The hotel is centrally located and easy to find - there are lots of jewelleries in its neighbourhood. Nice design in the rooms - however the lobby was still under construction while we were there... (btw we did hear the noise of work in the rooms). The breakfast was fair. Renovation of the building in progress - including the lobby. Good news that no noise in the rooms. |

I liked everything at the hotel, even though there were renovations on the ground floor while we were there it really didn't bother us. The staff were extreamly helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel and we will be coming back again very soon no there was nothing I didn't like about the hotel. |

Spacious room, free Internet through the TV (plus data cable provided), wide range of national TV channels, hotel's parking facility nearby, and straight across the road from a city park with lake. 5 minute walk to station and zoo, 10 minutes to centre of town. |

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was large, very comfortable and very clean. The hotel is a little out of the historic centre of the city but a very easy walk or tram ride, and very well priced for a four star. No room service, no mini bar and limited hot breakfast food for vegetarians. |

It is recently renovated, with a good taste, modern and comfortable hotel. Very clean and really good value for the money, as soon as we stayed in a week days it was possile to get very good rate. Even the rate we got through booking.com was better than the one which offered the hotel. It was quite rediculous that we had to make internet booking when we already arrived to the hotel, because reception staff did not want to accept better rate, even confirmed good rate before by the phone, and in general behaved quite arrogant. |

Good location, friendly staff, comfortable mattress, tea/coffee facilities in the room.Room renovation finished in all hotel. Ground floor is not yet. There was broken hairdryer, but after changing room - there was no hairdryer at all. There is no mini bar in the room - it's very funny for 4 star hotel. 24 opened bar in the lobby some times was closed. I coudn't get bottle of water. Air condition system worked as a heater, but there was very warm weather (+20C). Too hot in the room. Have not possibility to open the window, just 5cm slot. |

The overall cleanliness of the hotel, the bed was comfortable and breakfast was excellent. The staff were also friendly. Nice view overlooking the park. The receptionist on duty lacked some experience of customer service and knowledge of the local area. |
