Hotellet lå godt og kan godt få betegnelsen "business hotel". Med booking. com's tilbud får man rigtig meget for pengene. Parkeringsfacilitet. Henvisning til parkering. |

Blev skuffet over et fire-stjernet hotel der tager ekstra for benyttelse af spa-området, når det er derfor man har valgt det. Desuden synes jeg at hele hotellet trængte til en omgang rengøring, vedligehold og maling - og at plastic blomsterne skal skiftes ud med nogle rigtige. Det virkede lidt gammeldags og mølædt over alt. Synes at servicen og tilbudene skal forbedres - at man skal forkæles noget mere på et fire-stjernet hotel. Og så synes jeg at man skal give hele stedet en gang med en pensel og lidt maling - skifte nogle møbler ud og gøre det lidt mere luftigt og eksklusivt. |

Det var rigtig godt til prisen. Man fik rigtig meget for pengene i forhold til det var et 4 stjernet hotel. Det lå også rimelig centralt og P forhold helt ok. |

Good hotel in a quiet location, next to a canal, close to Brugges central square (10 min walk). Good breakfast. Nice garden in the middle of the hotel which though deserves more care to become beautiful. |

The staff was friendly, very informative, spoke good English, was able to answer questions about the maps and great on directions to the city center and directions for the surrounding areas. The breakfast was very good--we loved the coffee machine. We loved our room--very roomy, comfortable, and we loved the high ceilings, and the beds were very comfortable. Very nice walk into the market square. |

Great rooms. the Air conditioning worked well. The breakfast nice. Good location and a fair price. We weren't able to check in early, which is nice to have when possible. We were also concerned that our luggage was checked into a closet where there was no attendant but it worked out. Our belongings were safe. |

The friendliness of the staff especially the reception and cleaning staff had to pay 24 euros for 2 umbrellas as it rained. An umbrella costs 4 euros in the town These should be complimentary |

Quiet, clean. Good buffet breakfast. This was my second time staying here & I would return It's about 15 minutes from the Markt - though the Vlissinghe pub is on the way |

clean comfortable good breakfast selection next to school so lots of children noise and road noise in room at certain times of day early morning/evening. Bar food poor reheated in microwave avoid! 10 minutes walk away from market place. |

The stay was pleasant. The rooms had everything that was needed. Although the hotel appeared quiet, the room was not ready for a further hour after the stated time. |

The hotel is near the city-centre. Brugge is a nice place to go to. Frendly people. There is enough parking space around the hotel and in the parking garage of the hotel. The room was rather small. It had a roof window that could be opened but the street in front of the room was realy busy. Several stuff at the breakfast were out of date. Also the orange-juice was bad. |
