Located along a canal, the Hotel Ter Brughe is an 8-minute walk from the Market Square, the Belfry of Bruges and the shopping district. Breakfast is served in a vaulted cellar with views of the water....
Score from 1032 reviews Very good
Hotel Navarra is housed in an elegant 17th-century mansion, a 3-minute walk from the central Market Square and the Belfry of Bruges.
Score from 975 reviews Excellent
Martin’s Brugge is just behind the famous 13th-century Belfry and 185 yards from the Grote Markt. It has a terrace and a cocktail bar, and all rooms have a flat-screen TV.
Score from 2098 reviews Very good
I booked my room for only one night (which is not always possible in Bruges) through booking.com for only 90€. Normal price for a single outside the season is 145€. I was very pleased with the luxury of this room. The breakfast buffet was awesome. Very friendly staff. I'll be back.
There is free wifi available but the speed is very slow. You have to pay 10€ extra if you want premium access. I can understand their point of view with 100+ rooms in the hotel, but still...
The staff couldn't have been more helpful, The concierge sorted out our arrival, parking and rooms really quickly and the barman made a special effort to serve food and drinks for us even though we were really late arriving.
Short walking distance to all the sites, bars and restaurants. Easy parking near to the hotel. Very good breakfast.
The location, the parking service and the breakfast was normal. The superviser reacted proffesionally to our concerns. We received a box of chocolate for the inconvenience.
Our room was not really clean. We both slept very bed (closed noses every half hour) because of the dust and poor airfiltration, the airfilter was full of dust. The nightmare was our bathroom with mold everywhere, nevermind human hair everywhere, or candy underneath the edge of the bed and two big spider webs in the room at plain sight. The floorcarpet of the hallway on the 1st floor is really stained and old.
could do with brighter lights in room
Good breakfast Very large rooms Localization
There is one guy in the reception that is quite rude and gave us some misunderstanding informations! We booked 2 rooms and in one of them the bed was not comfortable. Old and not in a flat shape
Clean, good breakfast, interesting hotel interior, 4h parking in front of the hotel for about 2.5 EUR and Sunday for free
Asked for a double bed and received a twin bed
This is the third time we have visited this hotel.Bar staff where very friendly and the location is very good. The room was of a good quality and had everything that you could want or need. There is a little supermarket opposite which was handy.
Request for extra pillows was ignored. The staff in reception where not very helpful at all.The pillows where shocking, and our room was very noisy being opposite the underground garage listening to cars going in and out of the garage, the door opening and closing all day and night and people outside in the road shouting.
Room although old and dated On canal
Arrogant male receptionist who said we could not get the room for 99E until we showed him your site.Said room was not ready at 15.00 and when I asked for a nice Room as hotel was empty on Sunday night he said you will get the category you paid for. When we got ou room at 15.00 hrs charming girl changed room And gave canal view I asked for. No restaurant open. Just bar menu.
Its well located and the breakfast included is great! Very complete so its a great option for what we paid.
Wi fi didnt worked even after checking at reception for the problem. The recepcionist wasnt nice or helpfull.
The nice walk back to the hotel
Our bathroom sink did not drain away, we told reception but the problem wasn't fixed and we couldn't be moved. In the morning I spoke to the manager and explained we couldn't brush our teeth properly, wash hands or get drinking water he suggested that we could have used our friends room instead which is a totally unacceptable solution. I asked for compensation which 20 euros off the room rate was offered although I felt this was not sufficient considering a wash basin is a fundamental requirement in a hotel room.
Location and the desk clerk was very good
Room and hallway carpet was very dirty and the room had an oder.
A good selection of food available for breakfast, Very helpful staff.
Smell of drains when window was opened, soft springy beds.
Proximity to canal views
10 mins walk to centre Helpful staff
No real negatives
The double bed was two singles pushed together which had a dip in the centre. Most uncomfortable.
The off road underground parking facility is excellent to have peace of mind. Very convenient location near centre of town
The room on 4th floor was not as expected. The noise from the lift was excessive and a nuisance.
Size of room Room furniture (luxurious) Quite location – but in walking distance from all Big breakfast
Bathroom needed renovation
The staff were very helpful all the stay. Car parking was secure, although at a price. Good fun in the tubo charged lift. Very central for Brugge. The bar was well run with snacks available. Wish the room was as good as the Hotel.
A large bundle of plugs were taped together behind TV,very dangerous. Our door casing was damaged and would not deadlock. Toilet flush was hanging off.no shower curtain only a meter to shower in. The so called TV was linked to Swisscom which kept freezing.we hired a film and it froze 4 times,4 hours to watch it! Overall it was dangerous unsafe locking and needed a qualified electrician to help with the room being maintained again. Get rid of Swisscom !! There is no restaurant! This forces you to go out for your evening meal. How many stars??? Certainly not FOUR.
location is great for the money breakfast included some areas of the hotel/chamber are nice overall good for budget travellers (but not really a 4 star)
check in late en check out early, a combination of new furniture and very old rubbish accessories. bathroom is awful ancient- communist style. kitschy design
Nice room, good breakfast.
A bit noisy when the nearby schools open.
The hotel is very close to the centre.
The elevator make a very strong noise all the time when somebody is using and this noise you can hear it in the room if your room is close to the elevator.
Hotel very well sited. Comfortable and good sized rooms. Staff were very polite and generally helpful. Excellent breakfast. Thoroughly recommend.
Car parking difficult although street parking could be found ever day in the road outside the hotel. Rooms were very dark with insufficient lighting [dark wallpaper didn't help]
position: you can easily reach the city center. breakfast: variety (sweet and salty) and abindance room: tub, confortable bed and dark curtains
position: not so confortable if you are coming by train breakfast: only industrial products
