The excellent performance of the barman / waiter, very professional. The time of the arrival of the shuttle when called from the airport. |

Good kitchen, bar which served drinks the all day, the transportation arrangements and breakfast with various of choices. It was only one event I was not satisfied with the restaurant manu. This menu offered the stuffed duck brest, what I received was the duck leg with sth without any taste. The duck leg was not well prepared. I had troubbles to cut it. The rest of offers were vvery good. |

Location and cleanliness. Yes. Airport shuttle was not available on Saturday and Sunday, and this was not revealed prior to booking. I believe this should be revealed before the room is booked because this was a key decision point. Restaurant was closed on Friday evening. Wireless Internet was too expensive! |

Close to the airport with a good/free pick up service to and from the airport. Quiet, comfortable room. Had no hot water in my shower! Would expect free internet in a business type hotel? |

The hotel was convenient for Brussels airport and there was a regular train connection to the city within 15 minutes walk from the hotel. It was more expensive than other hotels of similar standard that I have stayed in in other cities, but seems comparable to similar hotels in Brussels where hotel costs seem particularly expensive. |

Reliable shuttle to airport. Good food. Service friendly enough. No bell boy or help in getting luggages to the room/car. Bathroom amenities very limited for what is a traveller hotel. |

Convenience to airport and cost. I have never seen such a filthy toilet in my life. It was brown and filled with what looked like small pieces of hair. The rest of the room was clean. Also, we were there on a Friday night and the restaurant was not open. Not convenient at all. |

I booked a weekend promotion breakfast included, that was a good deal. I was pleased with the personal touch of the breakfast; it was simple but tasty products were served, and there was even a home-made tuna-fish salad with peaches. Nice location close to the airport. |

Sound isolation isgood; I was not disturbed by the aircraft.Good internet connection. Only source to get mineral water was minibar = expensive. A detail: an old fashionned water tap for the bath & shower. I prefer thermostatic taps: immediate constant temperature and less trouble to get the temperature right (and you will pay less water...). |
