the reception were kind and helpfull The hotel looks modern
The shower was leaking everywhere in the bathroom The bathroom smelt of sewage The quality of furniture was quite poor.
Bad location, small rooms and the area around is not clean. Looks like landed in an old broken industrial side of the town. No good restraunts and shops nearby. The room is very small & cramped.
- Very nice staff, we immediately got another room as we had some problems in the previous one. (A thin support was fixed to the wall and was slowly falling off). Not far from the highway.
- Nothing! Ok for the price we paid
Friendly attentive personnel. Absolutely clean. Beds made up, towels changed every day. This does not happen everywhere for this price. I have already stayed in many rooms, and Wifi connection was perfect from everywhere. I even love the park behind the hotel for jogging. Breakfast even though not too versatile but more than enough to keep you going even until the evening. Vending machine is moderately priced selling coke, etc for 1 EUR and they are really cold!!!
No fridge, but frankly speaking I did not miss it, either. You can easily overhear guests in neghbouring rooms.
The room was extra small, but clean and quiet.
Rooms were clean, nice facility inside. Good wifi. Bus station 2 minute walk away. Staff was helpful in refunding 2nd night due to our early departure
The location of the hotel is in a really bad neighborhood. We paid for private parking in the garage and the ramp is incredibly steep into it. Almost impossible to keep front or rear end from scrapping. However, worst part is that this hotel in not smoke free. Our whole hallway smelled of it and the people in the room next to us kept their door open while they smoked. Walls are paper thin so we heard, and smelled everything. Booked 2 nights and didn't even stay one because smoke smell was so bad. The gentleman working insisted it was smoke free, but was very understanding in our early check out and refunded our second night since we obviously wouldn't be staying
I was in this hotel for only one night, they have a staff of excellent people & interior of this hotel is really good.
exellent use only this word with sitron limon,
ut with this word will only use sitron limon.
Excellent value for money for Brussels. The hotel is clean, a light interior, a comfortable bed in single room, tasty breakfast, easy to find and to get to the center of Brussel. Staff is polite, kind and helpful.
Neighbors, plumbing and lift were pretty noisy, sometimes was a strong cigarette smell in the bathroom.
I liked the fact that the hotel had good connection for the wifi, the cleanses of the hotel was excellent. Facilities such as blow dryer and lift was offered which is good.
What I disliked was the parking space, there wasn't much space on the street this is why you should pay for private parking which is 10€ Secondly I disliked was the that one of the lamps and wasn't working. Thirdly, there was no fridge in the room. Last but not least there was no air conditioner which I was expecting !
Best bed on our three week trip. Very helpful staff.
Very steep access to pre-booked secure parking. Two year old car got grounded, had to call out AA rescue and park on road after all. Wash basin trendy red flower style but no plug and tap too short. No restaurants nearby.
too noisy, can't sleep well because of 'good' neighbours
Very handy for the ring and for centre of town. Clean and comfortable. Great value.
Very thin walls, so if you get a noisy neighbour....
Everything was so professionally done in the hotel - it was clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The 24 hour access was also great. Breakfast was fine although it would be nice to have a small menu to choose from rather than just a set menu. Overall a great little hotel, would definitely recommend.
I didn't like breakfast...
the style of the hotel
the location is really really bad, far from the city center and the neighborhood doesn't seems so safe.
The hotel style is nice, the people is so friendly. The have even strong box for free.
The hotel location is a mess, you need at least 25 minutes to arrive to the closest subway station. The rooms are small and you can hear everything in the hallway.
it is very clean, room was large, staff very friendly, price very good, bus available to go to city center,up to 12 pm,after that you should take taxi,
no refrigerator and electric pot in the room
Staff was very welcoming. Worked hard to make sure we had all that we needed. Took time to call around to find out the last hop on hop off bus. Hotel appeared very new and in very good condition. We had a corner room at the hotel. Three houses down was a lilac tree and the wonderful smell wafted into our room at night and gave me a very peaceful sleep. The hotel was on the outskirts of Belgium so I didn't have to fight the traffic. It cost about 25 Euro's to take a taxi into the city but it was worth it to our family. If you are going to Belgium, I would highly recommend this place.
-The staff was very helpful and friendly - Room decoration and design. - Wifi very fast
- The room is a lil bit small - Problem in room aeration. - Sometimes the room feel a bit hot. - Some bad smells in the elevator.
Friendly and clean atmosphere.
If you like walking, it is good to stay at that hotel. After 20 minutes walk, you are at the metro station and then go to the center easily. Small rooms - you can hear noise outside.
Very recently renovated, very clean, comfortable beds, tasty breakfast, good value for money, easy to find and to get to, parking available in the streets.Staff was helpful enough.
There is a strong cigarette smell in the halls, but the rooms smelled fine. Our room was a bit small, but still comfy though.
It was good for value
I liked the personel who were friendly and helpful.
The location of the hotel was far away from the metro station. One has to walk about 20-25 minutes to reach to the nearest metro station. But if you like walking it is no matter.
