Service was excellent, the owner was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of room, very spacious bedroom. A very tasty breakfast. Our young children were made very welcome too. |

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant meal was excellent and the rooms had nice, spacious bathrooms. A hairdryer and some tourist information about Brugge in the rooms would be useful. |

lovely building with pleasant setting. hotel appeared closed for the season. no restaurant as chef ill. But why no bar open? I was directed to only one alternate restaurant which was very poor quality. |

Le personnel nous a bien conseillé pour notre visite à bruges. Le cadre de l'hotel Les araignées dans la chambre et la déco un peu vieillote à mon goùt. Par contre, le reste de l'hôtel est impecable. |

très bon accueil et un paquet de petites intentions ( une bouteille d'eau dans les chambres offerte , des bonbons sur le pallier ) qui font plaisir !Très bonne situation géographique ( à côté de l'autoroute , à la bifurcation entre est et ouest d'ostende ) . dommage que nous n'ayions pas pu bénéficier spontanément de la terrasse pour le petit déjeûner ( alors que d'autres clients en ont bénéficié sur demande expresse ) . Mais juste un petit détail !!! |
