If cancelled or modified up to 28 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 29.00 per stay for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 39.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Pets are not allowed.

Very enjoyable stay. Beautiful nature, comfort and hospitality of the owners were spotless. Maybe highlight of our stay was the whole breakfast experience. Freshly made croissants, coffee and other treats were served by the owners in the nice and cosy breakfast room overlooking gardens with calming music playing in the background and this made a perfect start of the day. |

Het onthaal was héél vriendelijk en open,en de sfeer was er zeer goed,mooi uitzicht op de tuin vanuit de ontbijtruimte,de open haard brandde,mooi gedecoreerde kamers.Vrijheid om "s avonds aan te komen met sleutel,dus ook voldoende privacy.Originaliteit troef! |

relaxt ontbijten met heerlijke jammetjes en een lekker sapje. mooi uitzicht op de grote tuin. je kan gelijk vanuit hotel wandelen, met geleende wandelkaart van het hotel. Het centrum van spa is ongeveer 15 minuten lopen, goed te doen. |

Accueil très sympathique par un couple de Hollandais très chaleureux et à l'écoute de la clientèle. Très bel environnement et grand calme. Chambre du premier étage très agréable : romantique mais bien équipée, grande terrasse avec belle vue Pas d'ascenseur mais peu important pour le premier étage.Petit déjeuner de qualité mais pas pour les gros appétits. |

Kamers was super schoon. Lekker bed, luxe douche. Personeel is vriendelijk en Nederlands. Hotel is erg mooi en ligt op een rustige, mooie locatie en toch dicht bij het centrum van Spa. Zwembad is koud maar toch erg lekker! Ontbijt bestaat uit verschillende dingen zoals brood, broodjes, croissant, gekookt ei, actimel, vers vruchtensap, thee/koffie en vers beleg. Het hotel is erg gedateerd ingericht. |

Zeer vriendelijke, gastvrije gastheer- en dame. Geen moeite was teveel om het ons naar de zin te maken. De kamers zijn ruim en heel sfeervol ingericht. Het ontbijt was overvloedig en heerlijk (met zelfgemaakt verse vruchtensapcocktail, elke dag een andere smaak). |
