It was built as a nobleman's mansion in 1837, on a peaceful green location just outside Spa. Enjoy the swimming pool in summer. The hotel offers luxurious and spacious rooms, some of which have private balconies. There is a beautifully tended garden with a sunny terrace. You can use the outdoor swimming pool in summer, and a sit in the cozy salon with log fire in winter. A light breakfast of fresh Belgian breads, cheeses and preserves is included in the room price and served by the owners. The extensive "Gourmands breakfast" is served at a small extra charge. The Thermal baths of Spa, the Casino, museums and restaurants are only 3 minutes by car. The Francorchamps Formula-one racetrack is only 15 minutes from the hotel. We were for the 3rd time here and we think this says a lot. We like the atmosphere, the unique design of the rooms and the kindness of the owners. So, we'll be back soon. It was a sentimental choice, not a rational one, so we don't have any complaints.

Nice atmosphere and great location - both for visiting the spa and for hikes. Breakfast was good - choose the gourmand alternative for a more substantial meal. The hotel is owned by a very helpful and attentive couple.

Wonderful rooms and view, dreamy location. Very good service. Lovely breakfast room. Definetely going back soon for really relaxing time. The room was full of dust, the Tv stand, lampshades,shelves, had not been dusted in months, magazines had to be dusted to even touch. Otherwise quite clean( bathroom, sheets, other surfaces etc)

Nice location near enough to city center but without the hassle of parking in the city. Nice views of the countryside and a nice sunny breakfast area. Modern bathroom and slightly old fashioned rooms. Very nice owners. We enjoyed our stay.

the situation of the hotel in the countryside is very nice. The hotel is full of charm from th 19th century. Decoration is nice and the hotel staff has given to us a map for promenade in the area. There are folders for visiting the city and also possibility fo find restaurant (Gault et Maillau Guide on site). The cleaning of the room was okay, but there was no toilet paper in a cupboard or somewhere else in the room. We were surprised by the language used by the staff. They speak more easily Dutch and English than French. Quality should be in every little detail. Be careful if you want soft mattresses, they are very hard (iron spring mattress)

zeer mooie kamers en prober vriendelijke uitbaters toffe ligging 10 euro voor het ontbijt is dat bestond uit boterhammen en paar sneetjes stokbrood met confituur en 1glaasje fruitsap redelijk duur

I titolari sono più che cordiali e disponibili a soddisfare le necessità del cliente.La camera è graziosa e molto ampia con arredamenti in tono. Colazione abbondante e fresca. La posizione è molto comoda per raggiungere le terme o per qualche altra località nei dintorni di Spa. L'unica pecca è che essendo una villa d'epoca le stanze non sono del tutto silenziose, I pavimenti in legno scricchiolano un poco e anche I riscaldamenti fanno rumore.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Man fühlt sich gleich wie zuhause. Die Einrichtung ist speziell (Blümchentapete), aber für Romantiker sicherlich das Richtige. Das Bad ist modern. Das Zimmer roch muffig, weil das Haus alt ist. Auch könnten die Betten etwas härter sein.

Das Hotel ist einfach ein Traum! Wunderschöne Lage oberhalb von Spa, ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Zimmer, umfangreiches Frühstück und supernette Gastgeber! Wir hatten die Suite 'Princesse' mit Riesen-Balkon - sehr zu empfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

De ontvangst was heel hartelijk en verder was de bejegening heel plezierig. Het hotel ligt aan een onverharde weg een eindje van de doorgaande weg af, dus geen geluid van verkeer etc. De kamer was prima met een zitje en de mogelijkheid om koffie/thee te maken. Het is een oude mooie goed onderhouden villa, maar door de leeftijd wel gehorig. Wij hebben daar geen enkele hinder van ondervonden.

Nous avions déjà séjourné à cet hotel. Nous avions apprécié. Et nous sommes retourné. Et c'était toujours aussi bien. Le petit déjeûner pourrait être plus varié. Ex : omelette ou oeufs sur le plat, plus de choix de viandes, fromage à tartiner. Et un petit frigo dans la chambre serait le bienvenu. Daniel COLLET

Samen met een groep vrienden en familie hebben we 4 dagen doorgebracht in dit hotel, vanwege het feit dat we met ons race team een aantal dagen gingen racen op het circuit van Spa Francorchamps. Voordeel van dit hotel is de rustige locatie, ruime parkeergelegenheid voor een auto + trailer en de reistijd naar het circuit (15 minuten). De eigenaar stond altijd klaar om in te spelen op ons schema, erg fijn! Tevens gratis WiFi.
