Het Relais & Châteaux Hotel Heritage werd in 1869 gebouwd als een privéwoning en kwam later in handen van bankiers. Het prachtige, klassieke, 19e-eeuwse gebouw is gerenoveerd en verbouwd tot dit hotel. De stijlvolle kamers zijn uniek ingericht en hebben mooi, zacht meubilair en een goed uitgeruste badkamer. Het Relais & Châteaux Hotel Heritage heeft een 14e-eeuwse kelder met speciale rondbogen: stenen van deze rondbogen worden nu tentoongesteld in het archeologisch museum. Het hotel ligt in het centrum van de historische stad, op 50 meter van het marktplein. Op loopafstand vindt u gezellige restaurants, interessante musea, stijlvolle winkels, en romantische rijtuigen waarmee u door de stad kunt reizen. Met een boottochtje over de beroemde grachten van Brugge ziet u alle verborgen hoekjes van de stad. Ook heeft het Relais & Châteaux Hotel Heritage een gezellige lounge met bar. In de mooiste zaal uit 1869, waar het roemrijke verleden van het hotel mooi naar voren komt, wordt het ontbijtbuffet geserveerd. de service, de faciliteiten de service was dusdanig veel dat het tegen de grens aanzit waarin de privacy kan worden aangetast...overigens voor ons niet het geval. Tijdens ons afwezigheid legde het personeel kaartjes neer met een boodschap,

De stad Brugge is niet zomaar een stad zoals alle andere in Vlaanderen. Ze is uniek en biedt een bezoeker een prachtige ervaring aan historisch waardevolle architectuur, kunst en cultuur. Hotel Heritage tracht op alle vlakken aan te sluiten bij deze bijzondere sfeer. Naar mijn mening is het hotel daarin geslaagd.

Great location, beautiful room and bath room, very spacious, very comfortable. The air-conditioning didn't work, so we had to sleep with the window open and fight odd a couple of mosquitoes.

We loved the location, the comfort of the room, the staff was very helpful and we had the use of a complinentary ipad in the room during our stay! We would have loved to have had breakfast included in our room, even if it was not quite as elaborate as the buffet breakfast. Maybe just coffee and tea with fruit and yogurt would be nice. We did enjoy the buffet breakfast one morning and it was very good.

The staff were all excellent, the location was brilliant and the room was clean, comfortable and had generally good facilities with an ipad, an ipod dock and large television. We asked for a double room as it was our anniversary, but the bed was actually two singles made up together which wasn't ideal, and the room was a bit on the small size. There were no coffee making facilities in the room and the quality of the room service coffee wasn't very good.

I could not find any fault with the hotel - it was superb, staff were excellent and very keen to ensure our stay was the best experience. It's in a brilliant location for sight seeing/shopping.

The staff were excellent and the location also very good Our room we would have liked to have been informed that the standard room(no 30) was very small as was the shower room /wc. We could have then booked a larger room. We wil recommend relais chateaux hotel heriatage, but with info regarding rooms.

Its central location. It had a New Year's Eve Dinner which was excellent. The service from staff was excellent too. Public areas nice. Although a Standard room, we felt it small and in need of refurbishment. There was also a lot of noise from the street. We have stayed in other four star hotels in Bruges and the bedroom at Relais has been the poorest, however their public areas are nice.

Beautiful hotel full of charm which mirrored the romance and magic of Bruges. The staff were incredibly helpful, and friendly and everything ran amazingly smoothly. This hotel is all about doing the smallest of things to make your stay as pleasant, comfortable and luxurious as possible - they even turn down your bed in the evening and leave notes with the weather report each morning! Definitely worth the money for pure decadence but without it being at all pretentious.

Great location, really helpful and friendly staff. Great to have car parking facilities on site. A little pricey for what you get, our room was quite small and overlooking other buildings rooftops but for the amount of time we stayed in the hotel it didn't really matter and we did only book the standard room. We would suggest this hotel for someone who likes to be very central yet in a peaceful street.

Excellent location, good lounge & bar facilities. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Very close to markets and main square, easy for walking and sight seeing. Bedrooms were on the small side. Ate in the resturant once but found it to be over priced. Full breakfast also over priced. No tea or coffee facilities in the bedroom.

The location was excellent. Would recommend parking in the underground car park 5 mins walk away, as the hotel parking is expensive. Having said that, we loved the hotel (stayed in a superior room) and were very impressed with the level of service and friendliness of the people. We visited Brussels last year, around the same time, but much prefer Bruges. The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful and loved the fact that there was an iPad in the room - very useful for looking up the Christmas markets; not sure if that was because we were in a superior room. Hotel parking very expensive at 35 Euros a night.

The central location was the first thing that made the hotel desireable. The combination of elegance and modern features made the hotel a memorable experience. The breakfast buffet seemed overpriced.

This hotel was very nice, great location and wonderful to stay in. The staff was very nice and helpful, very welcoming. Nice rooms, bigger and very comfortable. And got a great price on booking!

fantastic location, comfort and very helpful staff. Food was excellent, beds comfortable and FREE sight seeing trips every weekday afternoon. A perfect Hotel for everyone. Top Hotel so prices are higher than average but the attention to deal is worth it.

Lovely hotel, attractive room, good service. Bathroom: inadequate lighting for mirror. Bathroom floor floods on showering as the shower floor is slightly higher than the bathroom floor, there was inadequate tilt to the shower floor to let it drain completely to the back drain, and there was no rubber strip to close the gap.

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The appearance and décor of the hotel was elegant and attractive. The guided tour of the city that was included free of charge was excellent, informative and well presented. A fairly high price for the rooms. Meals at the hotel also looked very expensive so we did not choose this option, using other restaurants and café instead. The room was small but adequate. Air conditioning was full on when we arrived so it was very cold. Nobody pointed this out or showed us where to turn it off. The bathroom was not cleaned as well as it should be.

Elegant with excellent staff/service; well appointed in beautiful,old world european style;very well located for walking to sights/town I would recommend hotel room includes breakfast,as most do in Europe- even if needs this requires a slight price increase
