Overpriced (200€ without breakfast). Cleanliness of the (superior) room was not worth a so-called 4star hotel, E.G. bathtub & bassin were plugged... Very disappointing...

Some of the personnel actually knows what's going on ;-). Beds were comfortable. Nice building, spacious room. Good location.

They were renovating the place and appologized for the inconvenience and noise. Giving customers a 5% discount would be worth a consideration. They tried to charge me for the internet although it was broken :s (this was professionally correctly by another member of the crew the next morning). I had to hold the shower head in my hand to get some water in my hair. A little overpriced I would say, but as a customer you have to contribute to the expensive renovation of the nice buildings and the Parking lot they were constructing at the time I think.

Hotel stuff was really friendly, you can ask for any information. The breakfast was excellent, lots of different kinds of cheese, tea, bread, yogurts, etc.

Cleaning service could be better. Once after cleaning the maid forgot to close the door. I came back to the hotel and saw my door opened. Thank God, this town is full of honest people and nothing was stolen. The bath tub was not cleaned properly, so i had to clean it myself before having bath. The internet access could be for free, i think.

Breakfast was good, part of building was historic, room large and quiet.

Parking was poor. Situated in area being developed. Extremely difficult to drive up to hotel entance so need to carry bags long distance. Staff unhelpfull or not trained properly.

Martin's Klooster is a beautiful hotel. We had very good and relaxed days at the hotel and would like to visit it again, it's well located, beautiful furniture and very nice and friendly staff.

Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Being in a quieter part of town there is a good chance for a night's sleep. Staff were helpful in changing the room for one with a double bed.

Room decor was stark for a hotel of this status - not even a picture on the wall. Considering there is a significant charge for wifi (not very fast) and breakfast is not included I would not say this hotel provides value for money.

Charming, style, good breakfast, location, nice room

No free wifi internet connection in room, no coffee/tea-making facilities in room, limited parking facilities. Additional requests submitted via booking.com remained unanswered.
