Het Klooster Hotel offers cosy bedrooms, all of which are equipped with standard facilities that should ensure a comfortable stay. Some of the rooms also feature open beams and latticed windows, offering unexpected levels of comfort and style. During your stay you can relax with a drink on the terrace, overlooking the hotel’s enchanting garden, or sit in the bar, embraced by the warmth of the open fire.

The environment and the style of the hotel are at top class

I think 15E per host for the breakfast are worthless. Just exit the hotel and enter the center the city...

the fires in the beroom

the bed was very uncomfortable, and the plastic sheet under the normal sheet was horrid.

the whole cloister ambience is great. the breakfast room is great and the breakfast delicious.It is the best hotel in Leuven .I live in the US, but was born in Leuven. the way you rebuilt the old buildings is just great.

I did not get my wake up call, as I did not quite understood how it was supposed to work with the TV. This should be better explained to the guests when they ask for a wake up call.
The bathtowels could smell better and be softer.

Room full of character

Parking facikities were atrocious, you had to go half way round town to reach it from the hotel entrance as well as being extremely difficult to find
Lack of valet services for the luggage: at these prices, one would expect to find a porter to take your bags to the room & not to have to carry them ourselves
Bathroom very poor: not even a shower curtain in the bathtub
