The price was good, room was clean, there was elevator The reception was impolite and not so helpful, we take tween room it was small and the beds was attached together which I don't prefer, the location is tow far from the main attraction and the city canter, although you can reach it by the metro station (Roi Baudouin) wich located approximately 300 meter from the hotel and it will take you 15- 20 min to reach the city canter but all transportation will stop after midnight and you have to take taxi which is a little bit expensive.

I have choose best western hotel because facility to park my car in the hotel parking, but I am very disappointed, I have been told that parking it is only for 3 cars therefore I only managed to park my car in the first night. Bedding has not been changed in Saturday , some part in stairs carpet dirty, lift was out of order for Saturday Sunday and Monday morning when we left. I will not recommend this hotel to any one of my family or friends also I will write to the owner ((Mr. Horgnie)) plus in the web. In December me and some of my staff we will be going to Brussels, but not staying at this hotel. Regards Mr A. Youssef

My only problem I ran into was getting to the hotel. I came in during the strike and could not take public transit to my hotel. This was the only problem I encountered with this hotel except for breakfast being on the expensive side.

This was the smallest hotel room I've ever stay in. Not enough room for two people to get by each other. I would of expected better from my previous stays at Best Western Hotels.

the croissants at breakfast location close to expo and close to metro station - easy to go to city center comfortable bed clean room biggest disadvantage: very thinn walls. you could here everything what your neighbour was doing...and I mean everything! you here normal talking, normal TV noise, snorring, .... if people are talking in the hallway you think they are standing next to your bed. very small rooms, not for long term stays ( max 2 nights!!!) didn't really have room for my luggage looks very worn out

The beds (we had a twin room) were the most comfortable ones we'd ever slept in! It was a bright/clean room. The staff were polite & helpful (we didn't know ohw to get going with tickets for the metro). The breakfast was great - good value for money & ample choice. The room was very small - extremely small - so no room to do anything but sleep/wash/change.

Room was too small. Almost no space to walk around the bed or to sit at the desk. Very small bathroom. It took almost 7 minutes before I got hot water in the shower...

it was clean and the staff was kind and helped us when we asked it is a perfect location if you have to go to the near fair area. and also the metro stop was very close the rooms are very very small. if you have to stay just for a couple of nights it is fine but for more than this...it is unconfortable especially if you share the room with another person. the bathrooms are not well equipped.

I liked the promptitude of the staff, their implication into helping or sorting out questions/ issues of the customer, the location (easy to access the center by metro or tram). The value for money was also acceptable and affordable, even for a student as I was. The bed was also dreamy comfortable and the room had it's basics, not too much but not too little. Rather small room, not very easy to move around when traveling with heavy and large luggage

Nothing at all... Ropey area, old car stereo lying on the ground outside the hotel & mounded up rubbish bins, not a good first impression. First room supplied stank of smoke despite being a non smoking room, immediately complained was originally being told no other rooms were available, after insisting something be done about it he found us another room which instead stank of cheap aftershave & BO, nice.... Dirty bathroom with various hairs dotted around. Very rowdy multiple occupants(4) of the room next door with paper thin walls transmitting every sound, generally found this place to be a bit like a halfway house house for drop outs, avoid at all costs!

The location for the expo is fantastic. Once inside the room, it looked quite newly refurbished in a simple modern style. The bed was very comfortable. It was surprising to find it so pleasant in the room, since the approach through the main entrance was not so nice. The reception area and stairs up to the room were tired and in need of refurbishment. And the lift was out of order. Nevertheless the convenience of location and the pleasant helpful staff meant that I would still consider it in the future.

Very Close to the metro, which was very easy to use to travel into Grand Place. Parking on the street was close and convenient. Hotel staff very friendly. The room was very small as was the bathroom. Decent for a quick overnight stay though.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is very cramped. There is hardly any space next to -- or at the foot of -- the bed. If like us you use the room only to sleep in, it's fine, but someone less mobile or agile than us could have problems with the cramped space. That said, we would not have any qualms about staying here again.
