The hotel is located at convenient location for Mini Europe and Atomium. Staff (Receptionist) is cooperative The rooms are just big enough to accomodate two people. No extra room for walking around. The hot water was just warm enough for showering. There arent many eating out places around. So my advice is if you are travelling by car then this is good location. It is a good hotel just Ok for a night or two night stay if you want to some place to sleep in night. We were travelling with our daughter (1.5yr old). Breakfast had limited choice but can fill your stomach.

Nothing. The only reason to stay there is if you are going to stay there is if you are going to watch a match at the national football stadium. The service was inadequate. With the same price you can stay in the best hotels near the town center. Very far from town center there is a metro station though 5 minutes away but not recommend it as it is not a very safe area. The room is really small the sheets were not clean, which I question myself who gave 3 stars to that hotel.

It was close to a metro station which made the travel to downtown easy. It was also situated a walking distance from the Atomium and Mini Europe which we wanted to visit. It was great we could use the free parking of the hotel and also we had the opportunity to park for free in front of the hotel. It was very clean!

Location to Brussels Expo centre was good. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. When asked for more coffee in my room as it was not restocked my request was denied however after repeated requests I was directed to the breakfast room to 'take what I want'. The room was poorly cleaned, small and did not smell good. The breakfast for €11 was not worth it as the choice of hot meals was limited and overcooked. The bread was not fresh.

This was the smallest hotel room I've ever stay in. Not enough room for two people to get by each other. I would of expected better from my previous stays at Best Western Hotels.

The beds (we had a twin room) were the most comfortable ones we'd ever slept in! It was a bright/clean room. The staff were polite & helpful (we didn't know ohw to get going with tickets for the metro). The breakfast was great - good value for money & ample choice. The room was very small - extremely small - so no room to do anything but sleep/wash/change.

I liked the promptitude of the staff, their implication into helping or sorting out questions/ issues of the customer, the location (easy to access the center by metro or tram). The value for money was also acceptable and affordable, even for a student as I was. The bed was also dreamy comfortable and the room had it's basics, not too much but not too little. Rather small room, not very easy to move around when traveling with heavy and large luggage

I have choose best western hotel because facility to park my car in the hotel parking, but I am very disappointed, I have been told that parking it is only for 3 cars therefore I only managed to park my car in the first night. Bedding has not been changed in Saturday , some part in stairs carpet dirty, lift was out of order for Saturday Sunday and Monday morning when we left. I will not recommend this hotel to any one of my family or friends also I will write to the owner ((Mr. Horgnie)) plus in the web. In December me and some of my staff we will be going to Brussels, but not staying at this hotel. Regards Mr A. Youssef

Very Close to the metro, which was very easy to use to travel into Grand Place. Parking on the street was close and convenient. Hotel staff very friendly. The room was very small as was the bathroom. Decent for a quick overnight stay though.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is very cramped. There is hardly any space next to -- or at the foot of -- the bed. If like us you use the room only to sleep in, it's fine, but someone less mobile or agile than us could have problems with the cramped space. That said, we would not have any qualms about staying here again.

Good location as I was driving. It is close to the metro. Good value for money. Clean room with modern design. Basic but met requirements. Staff were generally unfriendly. Room is very small and was a squeeze for two people.
