Nice and clean. Good value. Very small room but laid out well to make most of it.
There was a mildew smell on the lobby floor by the elevator. Room was very small.
small beds and small bedroom, asked for quiet room so got put next to the road, powdered eggs for breakfast looked solid, the parking is for six cars only on a first come basis other parking 4 euros for 2 hours on road stayed one night only although booked for two.
reception staff was very helpful and nice clean room close to atomium
- Price - Location (20 minutes to center by foot, 5 minutes to tram)
- parking is not included and is 20 eur/night
Ideal location for visting atomium and mini europe
no air con small room
Me and my friends resulted in wetting the towels top to bottom and laying with them over our bodies to be able to sleep in the hot hot rooms! The place didn't have air conditioning or any sort of cooling system the windows only slightly opened so the rooms had no fresh air and was just a disaster stay..
Close to public transport as well as airport. Good for a short term home.beds are comfortable.rooms are clean.24h front desk was helpfull for early check out.
All tables dirty so couldn't have breakfast and no staff around to clean. Room so small 2 suitcases can't fit in. Parking garage just as tiny as bathroom-can barely turn or bend to wash your feet. Lift smells of mildew.walls so thin you hear toilet next door flush
Good breakfasts, close to the underground, very close to the Atomium
Everything is nice.
Nice comfy bed! Stable wi-fi and multiple codes for multiple devices. Nice bathroom, good shower. Staff friendly and polite (although one told me that there was a sign, about issue of safety, when the sign is below the level of the hazard and is about a steep stairway, not an overhead hazard)
The space between the bed and table was so tight that only a child or a very small person could ever sit in that small space for any period of time. Walls are thin also. Could hear tv quite clearly from adjacent room. Outside noises seem really loud too. Had to use earplugs ... Also, a strange low overhead going downstairs, near the front desk (two flights above it) where I banged my head (I'm nearly 6'). No sign and no highlitgthing strip on overhead. A real hazard, which I brought to their attention. A very tall person wearing a cap coud easily knock themselve out.
Good price Relatively quite room Private parking Good location
Staff was friendly and there is a free parking place. It is located opposite the Expo hall and easy to reach from the highway, with metro stations nearby.
We booked two single beds, but when we arrived there was only a room with a twin bed available. This meant that my husband and our 20 year old daughter were forced to share a bed. The front rooms were noisy from the traffic all night and windows didn't close well, which made it worse.
Great location for the Expo, where we were attending an exhibition, with some excellent restaurants close by
Small rooms & bathrooms
very small room, basic facilities.
Too tight and not the quality one would expect. Not very good or professional service. No early check-in available at the time of stay.Too expensive even for Expo times.
Nice staff. Good WiFi. Easy access being far from the city centre.
The room was freezing. Dead fly in the bathroom, probably frozen... Poor value for the price.
I have spent two nights. The room was rather cold, heather was switched off permanently. The second night the boiler failed and there was no warm or hot water. Cold shower wasn't pleasant. I hope that doesn't happen often, and I had bad luck.
We were there for the new year's eve in brussels. So we wanted a place to stay in after the celebration and this hotel was just to the budget. Wasn't too pricey when everything in the city was extremely expensive, and also was very clean and comfortable. We xould easily oark the car in front of the hotel and was free of charge during the night.
The location is very good for my purposes. Always good Wi-Fi connection and the breakfast is fine.
very small room, hotel old and tired
friendly staff, nice room and afforfable
I found a packet of cigarettes with greek label between the mattress and the headboard. I am Italian and not smoker.
It was near Palais 12 and the Atomium
Our room was not ready on arrival at 6.15pm
Well, everything. The hotel is very tired and stinks everywhere (especially in the lift and in the bathroom). &Quot;free public parking" as stated in the description doesn't exist (it's paid !), and "free private parking" is just a minuscule garage for only 5 (five !) cars. By the way, I wonder who is it to refund me my parking now - this hotel or booking.com ? because I certainly seek to be refunded ! what else.. The rooms are not soundproofed at all, which leads to quite unexpected and heated encounters with neighbours. Maids ignore "do not disturb" signs completely and sing loudly in the corridors in the morning on a weekend (!). summarizing : never again. And very disappointed in booking.com services, inaccuracy in hotel descriptions becomes too frequent. By the way, where is my last review, the one about Strasbourg hotel that I've posted some weeks ago ? it was long and angry, and just silently disappeared, so now booking.com posts only nice and pleasant reviews, eh ?
