Good hotel, very kinde staff, comfortable rooms.we had very good time
I can say the price is a bit higher but is probably because of the expo.
metro station near by, look on stadium & atomium from the window.
room cold and small inconvenient airport connection (took taxi)
Parking facilities available. Free WiFi. Excellent links to tram and underground railway. Very helpful staff. Simple and functional rooms.
Breakfast could do with ever so slightly more variety.
General good but a bit small
The location is far from Brussels city center
WIFI is really good.
Near the metro station and international airport. Quiet environment.
Quite far to the city center.
We came to the hotel, very tired as we got married the day before. The hotel room was very very small but clean, so that was okay. But when we wanted to get some sleep, we noticed the walls of the room were so thin that we could hear éverything our neighbours said and did. As they stayed up until 3AM, we had to too... their tv was playing not so loud but we could hear everything and it was very irritating. I asked the person at the front desk to change rooms but the hotel was full and he didn't give anymore service. It was very frustrating. They didn't offer any compensation at all.
Staff very friendly and breakfast good.Heating did not work but was offered alternative room. As only one night stay, did not bother.
Room very cramped but for the price was acceptable.
location was excellent for what i wanted, staff were very helpfull
no bar, bathroom tiny, shower doors broken,
Good location to football and Atomium, 5 min walk to metro
Only there two days, no bad points as such.
room size too small Not enough parking spaces
friendly staff, 5 minutes to the nearest Metro station on foot.
weak Wi-Fi signal on the second floor
Close to the E40 Very helpful staff - gave good directions Low price The breakfast room was OK and the cold food was good
Tiny garage with motion sensitive lights that left us in pitch dark when we stopped the car and tried to get out Tiny room with minimal facilities At breakfast the bacon had more fat than meat Local population made us feel very unsafe walking along the street at night
Nice and clean. Good value. Very small room but laid out well to make most of it.
There was a mildew smell on the lobby floor by the elevator. Room was very small.
small beds and small bedroom, asked for quiet room so got put next to the road, powdered eggs for breakfast looked solid, the parking is for six cars only on a first come basis other parking 4 euros for 2 hours on road stayed one night only although booked for two.
reception staff was very helpful and nice clean room close to atomium
- Price - Location (20 minutes to center by foot, 5 minutes to tram)
- parking is not included and is 20 eur/night
Ideal location for visting atomium and mini europe
no air con small room
Me and my friends resulted in wetting the towels top to bottom and laying with them over our bodies to be able to sleep in the hot hot rooms! The place didn't have air conditioning or any sort of cooling system the windows only slightly opened so the rooms had no fresh air and was just a disaster stay..
Close to public transport as well as airport. Good for a short term home.beds are comfortable.rooms are clean.24h front desk was helpfull for early check out.
All tables dirty so couldn't have breakfast and no staff around to clean. Room so small 2 suitcases can't fit in. Parking garage just as tiny as bathroom-can barely turn or bend to wash your feet. Lift smells of mildew.walls so thin you hear toilet next door flush
Good breakfasts, close to the underground, very close to the Atomium
Everything is nice.
Nice comfy bed! Stable wi-fi and multiple codes for multiple devices. Nice bathroom, good shower. Staff friendly and polite (although one told me that there was a sign, about issue of safety, when the sign is below the level of the hazard and is about a steep stairway, not an overhead hazard)
The space between the bed and table was so tight that only a child or a very small person could ever sit in that small space for any period of time. Walls are thin also. Could hear tv quite clearly from adjacent room. Outside noises seem really loud too. Had to use earplugs ... Also, a strange low overhead going downstairs, near the front desk (two flights above it) where I banged my head (I'm nearly 6'). No sign and no highlitgthing strip on overhead. A real hazard, which I brought to their attention. A very tall person wearing a cap coud easily knock themselve out.
Good price Relatively quite room Private parking Good location
Staff was friendly and there is a free parking place. It is located opposite the Expo hall and easy to reach from the highway, with metro stations nearby.
We booked two single beds, but when we arrived there was only a room with a twin bed available. This meant that my husband and our 20 year old daughter were forced to share a bed. The front rooms were noisy from the traffic all night and windows didn't close well, which made it worse.
