Holiday Inn is less than a 5-minute drive from NATO Headquarters. It features free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour front desk and a return airport shuttle service shuttle. Spa facilities include indoor pool and a fitness center. The sound-proofed rooms at Holiday Inn Brussels Airport are air conditioned and have a sitting area with satellite TV. The rooms also include a minibar, work desk and tea and coffee making facilities. Guests can relax with a massage or make use of the sauna, hammam or the jacuzzi. There is also a tennis court and a pool table. The European Union buildings are all within a 15-minute drive from the hotel. Brupark and the Atomium are just over a 15 minute drive away. Charlie’s Bar & Restaurant serves seasonal dishes in a casual setting. It also features a terrace where guests can enjoy Belgian beer or light meals. Grab & Go has sandwiches and snacks to go. The staff is very friendly and facilities were nice. The rooms are missing lots of basic utensils like tooth brushes, tooth paste, qtips, slippers etc. I think for 141 euros a night these should be provided. Also the room misses a switch to turn on one light that will light up the whole room. they just scattered several small lamps throughout the room, so you have to tour the whole place to decently light it.

First stay in this hotel and it was a very nice surprise! An original and modern design and very big rooms. I did not try out any other facilities except for the airport shuttle service and it was good. Would recommend it to business travellers.

Proximity to the airport I was surprise that the shuttle did not work during the day I was surprise to be charge 20 euro to go back to the airport at 6.00am by the driver who drives the shuttle, I was surprise to be charge 5 euro for wifi when on booking.com, it is stipulated free access to internet in all hotel, I was surprise to not be able to control the air conditionning,

The Holiday Inn was convenient to the Brussels Airport. It required a train or bus ride into the city central, however, it was a short ride. I would have preferred having travel and tourist brochures available, even if this hotel is mostly focused on business travelers. The breakfast was varied and offered many items. Three of the four mornings, however, the hot items were cold. This was explained to staff and was not remedied.

This hotel is very close to the airport and yet very luxurious and welcoming. The reception staff were most helpful and everyone working in the hotel was working very hard to make people comfortable. The single room has an office work station and incredible bedroom set up as well. We were by automobile and so did not need to rely upon shuttles to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel. Parking fee is extra and I'd rather have the parking price included in a higher price as I am not fond of 'add-ons'. It was extremely busy and the two elevators can delay your departure time if you happen to need one during the morning or breakfast rush.

Very nice and clean room at a decent price (I had the Park, Stay and Go Package, so I could leave my car during my trip abroad) Regretfully my out- and inward flights were just outside the hours of the shuttle bus schedule from and to the airport

I loved the room. Nice and with a different layout which I thought was brilliant. Close to the airport and with a staff just a little bit nicer than usual. Next time in Brussels I know where I'm staying. As Swarzenegger would say: I''ll be back...

nothing 1. dirty sink. 2. coffee machine not cleaned before we checked in (water in machine was dirty and not removed even on the second day after making-up room). 3. bed linens not changed. 4. tissue box and water in refrigerator are not replenished. 5. heating in room does not work, cold wind blowing directly on the head of the bed.

Very close to the airport if you have an early flight in the morning, staff were really friendly and helpful as I stayed in the hotel due to the Christmas snow chaos. Rooms were really comfortable, spacious and modern. They offer airport shuttle service for free. Breakfast was 20 euro per person if it's not included in the night rate. City centre hard to get to from the hotel unless you take a taxi which are quite expensive.
