Very pleased - other than don't buy the coke (Euro 4.00 a can!!!!) Big shame they rip you off on little things because otherwise a great place to stay. |

Arrived at 9 pm at the hotel on December 28 and the restaurant was closed even no room snack or service. It was horrible to stay at high price hotel with no food for 12 hours especially after 17 hours on the plane. For whom is such hotel, if not for travellers? Nearest restaurant 1 mile walk. |

Convenient to the airport, but nothing else. Room was spacious and fine. Hotel staff were helpful. Breakfast was good, but expensive. Nice to have shuttle service to the hotel for sure. My biggest gripe is that my shower was luke warm. The water never got very warm. This hotel is really in the boonies with respect to Brussels. It is close to a metro/train stop in Diegem, but it is a minor stop and hard to ensure a train will return. I had to jump on a train back to the airport, then grab the shuttle back to the hotel. The train that was supposed to stop at Diegem never showed up (according to the published schedule). So, the trip to downtown Brussels is do-able, but not very convenient. |

Convenient location near airport and businesses, and an excellent restaurant and lounge. I stayed at this hotel very often during Sept-Oct 2008 and the pool was being renovated. I chose to stay at the hotel again because I knew it had a pool. However, when I arrived I found that the pool was once again being renovated. Disappointed. |

the wireless connectivity was not very good. the most of the times i did not manage to establish a connection to the access point. the connection was simply good near the floor door. when i had my laptop on the desk or on the bed i had not connection. |

Large, clean, comfortable and newly renovated rooms; Nice decor and feel of hotel; free wifi; large selection of international TV stations; friendly and very knowledgable staff Distance from city centre makes it less suitable for tourism, however there is a train which goes into the city for €3.20 and is a 10min walk from the hotel; Price for breakfast was a bit high at €22; Poor shuttle hours during summer made shuttle service very unpractical and taxi drivers complain because distance to airport is not far enough for them. |

L equipement aquzzi hamman sauna piscine est au top tout neuf ouvert de 6h30 a 22h30 penser au maillot de bain et gratuit le personnel est tres polis et present le petit dejeuner est fabuleux jai mis une video sur youtube des equipement sa vous plaira allez y sans hesiter Holiday Inn Brussels Airport bon sejour et tres calme L emplacement de l hotel |

Sauna and swimming pool are very nice. Mould on the shower screen which was really disgusting! The restaurant and bar were closed during during the holiday season, which was not mentioned on the site. Furthermore, there was no room service available due to the holiday season. This is unacceptable when you consider the location of the hotel: in the middle of an industrial area. |

la habitation C ést un hotel pres de un areoport et n´a pas un sevice de navette pour aller a l´areoport qui foncionne avant les 7 heures du matin! De meme il n´y a pas de dejeuner avant les 7 heures du matin. |

Er was geen mogelijkheid tot dineren behalve dan het bestellen van een pizza. Voor een luxe hotel viel dat erg tegen. E.e.a. had met de feestdagen te maken. Ik had dit graag bij het boeken willen weten omdat ik dan voor een ander hotel had gekozen. |
