I loved the design look of the hotel. Pretty cozy and comfortable. The bath was a little bit small but it was ok anyway. |

The friendliness of the staff. The ability to use the PCs in the entrance at any time I wanted. The coffee machine. There was only 1 pod which I used each day, as the others were tea and decaffinated so extra shold be provided and the machine took a long time to warm up after it had been switched off. |

The Fitness area. Good size swimming pool and well maintained facilities. I also liked the free wireless internet and the size of the room (spacy) The carpets look dirty and need replacement. A room that can accommodate four people should have the relevant staff for coffee or tea making (I found one sachet of coffee, one decaf coffee and one bag of tea. There should be four of each) |

Reception is efficient, The Hotel Lifts were being painted at the Ground floor, the hotel cares about keeping a clean image the Air conditioner in my room was a little noisy. |

The discriptions of the beds in hotel rooms was not accurate. As a consequence, I had to take a second room. Four beds shoud be four beds. Three single men wanted individual beds. We would have taken a rollaway but none available when requested. |

Pool, Sauna, Gym. Good value Resturant was closed hence we had to go inot the city centre. Should be on site unless we missed this during the booking |

Close to the train station (10 minutes walking) and 15 minutes by train to the central station. Less than 15 minutes to the airport by shuttle. The items in the bar in the room.. way too expensive. |

The staff was friendly and spoke English. The shuttle was convenient and free. We were glad to have a pool. The room was nice. We wished that we had had walking directions from the train station in advance. There is no one at the Diegem train station to help out. |
