Expensive room prices compared to what is provided

The Holiday Inn was convenient to the Brussels Airport. It required a train or bus ride into the city central, however, it was a short ride. I would have preferred having travel and tourist brochures available, even if this hotel is mostly focused on business travelers.

The breakfast was varied and offered many items. Three of the four mornings, however, the hot items were cold. This was explained to staff and was not remedied.

None! Everything was perfect!

This hotel is very close to the airport and yet very luxurious and welcoming. The reception staff were most helpful and everyone working in the hotel was working very hard to make people comfortable. The single room has an office work station and incredible bedroom set up as well. We were by automobile and so did not need to rely upon shuttles to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel.

Parking fee is extra and I'd rather have the parking price included in a higher price as I am not fond of 'add-ons'. It was extremely busy and the two elevators can delay your departure time if you happen to need one during the morning or breakfast rush.

I loved the room. Nice and with a different layout which I thought was brilliant. Close to the airport and with a staff just a little bit nicer than usual. Next time in Brussels I know where I'm staying. As Swarzenegger would say: I''ll be back...

1. dirty sink. 2. coffee machine not cleaned before we checked in (water in machine was dirty and not removed even on the second day after making-up room). 3. bed linens not changed. 4. tissue box and water in refrigerator are not replenished. 5. heating in room does not work, cold wind blowing directly on the head of the bed.

The room was comfortable with most necessary requirements for business travel, including a nice desk work area.

Interconnecting door with large gap at bottom allowed too much noice from adjoining room to come through. Not enough lighting for work area. Television did not work.
