Spacious room, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, and when I reported a problem with the bathroom light, it was fixed immediately. The breakfast was much too expensive at 21 euros per person. We had breakfast out. |

I was there the week before, I paid less for much better service. This time I paid much for nothing. The heater was out of order, no shower caps, no mini bar nothing. This is less than 2stars. The staff could not care less about my complaints... |

Efficient, flexible check-in, considerate staff and a large room made for an enjoyable, if brief stay. Room seemed to have had damage repaired in the past, but that did not interfere with comfort. |

Very nice room with large comfortable bed. All the furniture, carbets, curtains etc. looked new and there was an additional small room and corridor to the usual size of a room. There seemed to be problems with the drains that made an awful sound when people took showers in the rooms below. And one morning there was no hot water. I was satisfied that the hotel compensated with a 25% discount. |

Despite the location near the center, good parking conditions. Friendly staff. At first, I've had a room on the 1st floor above the reception, towards the street. Very noisy. Slightly worn out but not dirty. Then I got another room on the 5th floor, at the back, which was ok. Breakfast moderate. |

the rooms were very nice and the breakfast was good. hotel staff were very friendly. can not fault the hotel whatsoever and if all holiday inns are like this one i would deff go in one again. they need to leave more coffee/tea ect in your rooms. also we asked for a smoking room but was not advised when we booked that this is a non smoking hotel. |

Hotel was in a good location close to shops and restaurants. The room was clean and was a good value for your money Parking was a little expensive and size of parking lot very small. You better show up on a bicycle to park. |

Nice breakfast. Location - lots of good restaurants close by. Lifts were not working properly. Only one lift in operation on first day - thus taking some time to cal the lift, then on second day, the button for my floor (5) would not work. To reach my floor one had to go to the floor above and walk down the fire escape stairs. |

de locatie het hotel is zeer verouderd, het uitchecken verliep moeizaam (er was maar 1 medewerker aan de balie, terwijl er wel 75 mensen wilde uitchecken), de baliemedewerker sprak alleen maar Frans. Ik kreeg ook geen rekening mee bij het uitchecken. |

Le prix proposé par booking. L'accueil distant et peu impliqué. La propreté et l'état de la chambre. Chambre impersonnelle. Un rafraichissement est nécessaire. Trés mauvaise insonorisation. Au prix de base, le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas acceptable. L'hôtel utilise encore des aléses plastifiées qui rendent la literie totalement inconfortable. Il est donc nécessaire de les enlever. |

Su situacion dentro de la zona de cierto nivel de la ciudad y centrico Algun personal no ha sido todo lo profesional que se espera en la cadana holiday inn, creo que el viajero necesita otro trato en recepcion y en el desayuno, desconozco el restaurante en la comida o la cena, no me arriesgué a probarlo |

Hotellet ligger nära shoppinggatan och på gångavstånd till det mesta. Hotellet är sterilt på ett omodernt sätt och sängar som inte har ordentligt täcke utan endast filt är jag inte beredd att betala mycket för. Sen var det lyhört också. |
