The room was rather spacious and the bathroom okay.

In the evenings we had to work in the room, but is was far too cold to stay in it.The hotel staff could not solve this problem efficiently for us.

Staff at reception wasn't friendly. May be the worst staff that I've ever experienced.

We were able to check in late. Lots of activity in reception, food and drinks available from snack machines, bar was still serving after midnight. Clean, quiet room with modern shower. I think you would have to be very picky to find fault with the room generally, at this price level.

Only issue was the sofa bed for my daughter was not level- something to do with the cushions not being the same depth? Was okay for one tensger but two adults would have had an uncomfortable night.

For a Holiday Inn Express the room could be better, bigger and better furnished. Not a big variety for breakfast.

Good location and friendly staff. Very close to the city center and main shopping street. Good restaurants nearby.

We had particularly booked for a trip to Hasselt because we try when we can to follow the Elephant Parades and this one also gave us the opportunity to travel by Eurostar to Brussels then onwards to Hasselt by local train. There was also a lot going on during this weekend, the weather was fine throughout and there were plenty of places in town where we could relax, eat, drink and enjoy the atmosphere in general.

Coffee in lobby was available but we were charged 2.50 Euro; the hotel should have a notice at the machine stating there is a fee and what the fee is

Ligging

Parkeren. Parkeergarage Molenpoort (200 meter van het hotel) is een doolhof...

Our room was ok but I think it needs a bit of re-doing, re-painting It did not give a very fresh impression.

I loved the reasonable prices and the cleanliness/comfort of the rooms. I felt like I was getting more for my money at this hotel.

I wish it had a bathtub with shower but most European hotels only offer showers so I wasn't overly disappointed. Everything else met or exceeded my expectations.

The value for money ratio was amazing. The room was really nice, just enough comfortable. The breakfast was decent.

The elevator is too slow :)

I was just there to sleep, it was convenient for me and my daughter.

No toiletbrush to clean after use it, awfull. No parkingspace. I missed the little soaps and sreams, I normaly love that stuff.

Not enough place place to park my car , I had to find another parking and pay 11 Euros ( moreover in the parking , I cannot use my credit card)

Rooms are a bit tiny.
