Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, so all amenities are within walking distance. |

The location is good for using public transport to visit the surrounding areas Breakfast time on Sunday was up to 10-30 am. At 10-00 am when we came down to breakfast, the restaurant had almost no food left. The hotel was quite full, but this really is no excuse. |

VERY good value for money, good location, great comfort and very clean shower/toilet. Police station nearby. Expensive internet, expensive parking (cheaper to park on the street). |

Staff not forthcoming. Checkin papers had to be found - took a long time. Also rovided an initial bill of 155E instead of 105 Euro. Forgot to give me a coin to leave parking. |

Quick check-in. Good room for good price. Also, good breakfast. Had room on road side where-by opening the window resulted in noise when a car passed by. Despite the a/c, it still got a bit warm in the room in the morning. Nevertheless, still a good place to say. |

Very good secure parking, Good breakfast better than UK standard bar prices were excesive and consequently never busy at all & no-one used even at happy hour! Holiday Inn Express in the UK don't chage for parking |
