nice, tidy room, well presented inside. you need to pay for parking. location is poor, very diffcult to find out where the hotel is! from outside the hotel looks scrappy. |

The fact that the tram into the city is just outside the hotel so no driveing is required , and the cleanliness is fantastic. Could not fault it. |

very convenient for visiting Ghent. Ample parking, easy access to tram into City which was quick, inexpensive and convenient. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Difficult to find it first time as the sign posting is not very obvious. Took wrong turning a couple of time, our fault, then up to next junction and back to try again. |

Good value for a weekend stay and close to Tram line Signage from the tram stop left us asking for directions. it is hidden behind the Expo centre. |

The room was very comfortable and clean, especially the bed. Staff were frienfdly and helpful. Location was a big strange. Although on a regular transport route, the hotel was in the middle of a business park with no facilities. |

Warning - When checking out I was told the cost in Euros. However without being asked or told, they billed my credit card in Pounds Sterling. This results in a 3.5% loading (I.e overcharge) to their benefit. I have complained to Holiday Inn and am awaiting a satisfactory resolution (I.E. a refund of the overcharge). |

The tram stop is only 5 minutes walk and €1.2 to the centre and runs till 1am. Would be nice to know about the €8.50 daily parking charge. There is no where else to park. |

We were not warned about the building work around the hotel. The car park was not easily accessible-we had to drive through a building site resulting in a puncture and 80 Euro expenditure to have it repaired. At the end of the day we felt that the hotel was responsible. |

The Duty manager was extremely helpful. Easy access to city centre by tram. Good breakfast selection. Bathroom had damp patches in the tile grout. |

Excellent breakfast and friendly front-office staff. Parking costs eur 8.00 per day when the hotel is outside the city. Wired internet in the hotel room is free of charge only for one hour. |

Quiet and comfortable Poor breakfast choices and quality. Toaster made by Noah. Fried eggs congealed. Only one choice of fruit juice. Noisy "juicer". Very bland cheeses and cold meat. Smoke in bedroom which was "non-smoking". |
