Stayed there with two younger kids, very nice staff and hotel, restaurant evening food was slow coming but nice. Would go again.

Hotel staff were extremely friendly and no request was too big. One female staff member in particular, who worked at reception, recommended we take our young son to Plopsa and we were able to buy the tickets at the desk. The buffet breakfast was very good quality. We ate lunch once in the hotel and the food was excellent and its a nice touch that kids eat for free. Would definitely stay here again. The room was very spacious and our two year old had plenty of space to burn off energy.

In the Center of Hasselt. Easy to park the car. Bad pillows and small beds. Waiting for the coffee during breakfast. There is only one espresso machine for the whole hotel. There is no safe in the room.

Breakfast selection was good and staff are friendly. We had buffet dinner at the restaurant and I was kind of disappointed with the main course selection. The fish was really hard and taste awful but cold cuts was ok. 32 euro for per person is certainly over priced.

Right in town, easy access, public underground parking just next door with elevator entrance into hotel, indoor pool (water a bit chilly), comfortable room, swift service from staff (babybed), friendly reception staff, sound proof rooms though next to road Hot temperature in room though heating off, not sure if airco was funtional. No parking exit tickets available in hotel, you have to get out of the car near the exit before paying the underground parking. Lockers in pool to be locked with magnetic key card, did not work...

Respecting Holiday Inn standards, this hotel is classy & clean. Perfect location if you need to be in Hasselt centre. Poor Spa facilities, definitely need refresh, pool water too cold.

Very friendly staff. They were professional and welcoming as family, which you seldom see in chain hotels. They explained us about hotel rest and its highlits and about other options out in the town. They were subjective and expressed personal opinions where to eat. This was good.

The staff were friendly, couldn't do enough for you, they helped with any problems that occured. I liked the idea of the children eating free with paying adults was fantastic, the pool and sauna added that little relaxing feel when needed. The food and drinks were reasonable priced and nice to eat, I would recommend this hotel to anybody and would stay there again with pleasure and couldn't fought the hotel in anyway or the staff. I give it 10/10

Very convenient for town centre cafes and shops. Although parking on site is expensive, the receptionist directed us to a free car park just 5 mins walk away. Generally everything was fine, but I was disappionted to find that there was no butter to accompany the delicious selection of bread available for breakfast. The absurdly small juice glasses seemed rather stingy - of course you could refill as often as you wished, but it would have been nicer to provide a reasonable glass.The "hot" breakfast was a little odd - scrambled egg, chicken sausages and mushroom prepared with lots of onions and herbs - no bacon! We really enjoyed the selection of pastries.

Extremely easy to reach, excellent location and cleanliness of the room. Very good breakfast. Pleasant (but small) swimming pool: good for relaxing but not for swimming. Very nice room and comfortable beds (we had a family room with two big double beds). Attractive price.Very recommended!! We had a four course menu at dinner and the main course was just not eatible!
