Nice hotel, very friendly and helpful people on reception.

During a late dinner conduct of a waiter from buffet...Every time he was opening doors to the kitchen by his foot and not slightly but as hard as he could do it by approaching the doors. It could be understood as disrespect and neglect towards guests.

Consistently good friendly service, good size rooms and beds, decent breakfast.

Sauna facilities. Central.

One of two elevators is really slow.

Close parking, pleasant and helpful staff, comfortable, spacious and clean bedrooms. Good breakfast, though a little overpriced.

We booked the business room. At a higher price. But the rooms are all the same. And our room did not have the business amenities, because we arrived shortly after we booked. The receptionist was going to bring them. But forgot. When we checked out we still had to pay the business rate.

Parking is a problem (as everywhere in Hasselt)

Breakfast was not well done, used to a lot better in other Holiday Inn Hotels. The hairdryer was broke, loose wire, and the television in one room worked badly

breakfast is poor - bathroom is very basic and poor - the hotel claioms to have a Fittness facility. Well they mean 3 pieces of old equipment of which NONE was working.- Amazing!! Don't know how they justify the 4 stars they claim to earn - 2,5 is more likely.

Convenient to town. Very comfortable hotel.

Lacking a little in the basics, such as Tea/Coffee in the room, but nothing to worry about.

Wellness facilities are tired and could do with being updated.

Clean rooms, good restaurant, friendly and helpful staff, a rich breakfast buffet. and kids eat for free (under 12).

I stay here on a regular basis, it consistently delivers good standards in all areas, friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms, nice bar area etc.

Hotel used to be very good, now it is very "tired' looking, the Health Centre is a joke, very small equipment broken, very dissappointed.

Great Hotel and excellent location! Hasselt was a surprisingly nice little town, loads of nice cafes etc. We were just passing through and got a great deal at the holiday inn, free parking, great family room, no request was too much for the friendly staff!! Highly recommend!

Staff is helpfull

Airco made a hell of a noise - had to switch it off during the night. The gymm is extremly poorely equiped and of the the 3 options one is broke. Hotel needs some freshning up

when we come to hasselt, we always stay in holiday inn hotel, because of the good location, price-quality, the friendly staff.

Everything what you would expect of Holiday Inn hotel

Stayed there with two younger kids, very nice staff and hotel, restaurant evening food was slow coming but nice. Would go again.
