I like the infrastrcture, the layout of the rooms and the nice bar. Not a complaint but... I am used to meet very nice, simple and gentle staff at the desk (mostly ladies). They treat you normally. That day, I met a (new male) "manager" type, who talked to me from "the superior staff" he (thinks he) is, to the "simple customer I am". You know, those people thinking they have to talk "professionally" and shout at you "what can I do for you?" as soon as you dare to approach them; they want to "process" you as quickly as possible and show that. I hate this. |

Great courtesy and consideration by hotel personnel, cleanliness and layout of rooms and hotel facilities. Bathtub had high sides and potentially slippery surface. Elderly guests have to be careful. |

The staff were helpful, and the whole hotel was clean, well worth a stay and excellent value for money. Car Parking a little expensive 14€ for one night. |

It was well located in Hasselt, and also near the Pukkelpop festival. After 2 nights camping at the festival the hotel was a lovely change. The advertised wifi did not work, either in the rooms or in the public areas. There was only one member of staff on reception at check out time, and hence a long queue. |

Aangenaam om te verblijven; centraal gelegen, kort bij stadscentrum. Het uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.(helaas tijdens weekend service minder goed ! koffie moest zelf genomen worden ! wegens grote drukte, ontbijtruimte was ook volzet.) Restaurant: we aten het wildmenu: eten lekker, doch geen grote klasse. De wijnen waren van goede kwaliteit. Service zeer goed. zie hierboven. Weinig privacy aan de receptie. Geen bel, soms lange wachttijd vooraleer iemand aanwezig was. Bagageopslag: in een ruimte waar iedereen toegang toe had...bij afwezigheid van baliebeambte, ook geen toezicht ! |

De parkeergarage die in verbinding stond met het hotel. Het ontbijtbuffet was goed geregeld. De matrassen van de bedden zijn te zacht. Bij het ontbijtbuffet vond er een reünie plaats van mensen, die waren erg luiddruchtig en stonden in het gangpad naar de uitgang. Ontbijt gasten moesten moeite doen om de zaal te verlaten. Bovendien stonden ze op nog geen 2 cm van ons tafeltje. Personeel zei er niets van terwijl veel gasten er zichbaar last van hadden, Je wilt tenslotte in een rustige sfeer even ontbijten. Dit hebben we als erg vervelend ervaren. Volgende keer is het beter zo'n groep te ontvangen in een aparte zaal. |

Dat het hotel zich in het midden van Hasselt bevind en dus alles te voet kan gebeuren. veel te veel lawaai van op straat. de ramen dus slecht geisoleerd. We wilden wat ontspannen en winkelen en vooral rusten. En dat laatste kon niet door het lawaai. |
