I loved staying in this hotel: it's central, beautiful, clean, the breackfast was great, with a view on the square. The room was big, clean and comfortable as well as the bathroom. if I really have to find a negative point: there were no coffee7tea facilities in the room. |

Very nice hotel in a perfect location. Even though it's central there was no noise from outside. Staff were helpful and the Hotel is kept to the standard you'd expect from Hilton. |

The receptionist gave me a late check out opportunity (till 3PM) free of charge. Chambermaid far exceeded my expectations regarding the cleaning a stayover room - my compliments! Bar staff definitely should be more friendly (especially the girl), and should take an extra step with the guests: for instance when they don't have something we ask for, they should give an alternative, and not just say "no we don't have it'.And also some more information on the spa facilities at the check in would be nice. If we would know that the hotel has them we'd make use of them. |

We liked the breakfast although hot food was sometimes cold. We liked the size of the rooms. We liked the location. Hated the polyester pillows which smelled of smoke. Wasn't pleased with the broken shower head which squirted everywhere. Didn't like the fact that a lot of the breakfast china was chipped. The hotel is very tired looking and in need of an upgrade to justify the high prices and 4 star rating. |

Location Location.. bang in the middle of the shopping district (and private door through to shopping arcade) and town square, cathederal, friendly staff, even gave us a free upgrade to a business suite which was a massive room. The prices in the restaurant were also quite reasonable. 14E for a burger and fries not too bad Was a bit tired. In need of updating. Pool would have been nice and dont expect to be charged to use Sauna/steamroom either. Good for a 1-2 night stop-over. |

Its location is ideal for those who want to wander in the old quarters of the city. Cathedral, shopping, museums, and Antwerp's zoo (our 9 year old daughter insists upon visiting all zoos) are all within walking distance. The hotel's buffet breakfast is exemplary, a real treat! We unfortunately did not have hot water the first morning of our two-day stay. So a hot bath late-afternoon was in order. As a result, they kindly did not charge us the supplementary fee for our daughter's extra bed (a full-fledged mattress, not a fold out thin mattress). |

Location is great, walking distance to many pubs + restos. Exterior of Hilton Antwerp is majestic, nice kind of "orangerie" . Smoking is permitted in the spacious bedroom! Needs new carpets on the corridor, very soft bed (good for 1 night.. tackier for longer stay), very many Dutchies in the weekend...could become disturbing at the breakfast table. No smoking allowed in the Whiskey bar. Water bottle 0,5l for eight euro |

Located in one of the most popular and central squares of Antwerpen. Big and clean room. Very good breakfast. Not very far from the Central Station. I think it's a bit expansive |

Classy hotel, in the middle of the city centre. Nice atmosphere and clean rooms. The executive rooms are nice and of a good size. The Spa is a bit old, the steambath was not working. No swimming pool. Gym only open at 9am on Saturday/Sunday |

It was very central, easy to reach attarctions bars and restaurants. Rooms are large clean and well appointed. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in teh room. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was relatively large. Bath room excellent. Rooms very clean. Breakfast is not good value for money: No freshly squeezed juices at all, no salmon, no goat cheese. Internet access way too expensive and slow. In the usa internet is often free. Outside aircondition system very noisy. |

We booked a Double Twin Guest Room and they upgraded us to a King Business Suite free of charge. The suite was huge and a welcome relief after months of travelling. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The reception staff were excellent. The location was excellent. It cost about 8 Euro to get from the central train station to the hotel and we had the old town at our doorstep. We had to pay for wifi time. We've stayed in many hotels where they offer free wifi. On walking to our room, we noticed that the passage ways were a little drab and worn, perhaps they should be spruced up a little. |
