Great location, reasonable bar prices, great executive lounge

pls renovate the hotel!!!!! hilton is lucky nothing else decent is available in antwerp otherwise nobody would stay here.

Perfect hotel for visiting Antwerp. Close to the most important Antwerp landmarks and very convenient public transport connections to the central station etc. Spacious rooms with all facilities you need. If you like style and the "Hilton" experience, this hotel is certainly worth your consideration.

Perfect location to visit the city and to do some shopping!

Breakfast was good, room was nice

Beds were uncomfortable, it was noisy during the night. Room service was hugely overpriced. Room was not cleaned during the day

The hotel's Terrace Cafe is an excellent place both for breakfast and other meals, partly because of professional, attentive service and good quality food, partly for the view into the cathedral square.

They really have to start updating the hotel, its getting old!

Free upgrade & breakfast was a very special extra (guest of the day).

Hotel is fine, prices are just too high in general!

They really should get a decent gym and sauna area!

I was joining business colleagues and the executive facilities on the 5th floor allowed us to have a meeting over breakfast with privacy

1) Best location 2) Room: good beds, spacious room, nice bathroom and towels.

1) Breakfast wasn't arranged well, all tables were not cleared-up and no one answered our request for some salt, waited long for coffee. Would expect better for the charge. 2) Bath products could be better quality. 3) Our floor (5th) smelled bad both days.

- perfect location, in heart of city - efficiency at the desk (quick check- in, they called taxis for us) - historical building - spacious rooms - you can book the room without taking breakfast included - direct access to parking

Breakfast at 25 Euro per person is expensive. Many alternatives for breakfast closeby (Horta, Panos.....). Spa facilities (sauna) not up to standard

Very good location, big and comfortable beds, extensive breakfast and even (still) rooms for smokers that have no horrible stench!

Good location

We booked a Kingsize bed as was presented on the room information page, Once in the hotel we got a Twin bed. The hotel staff mentioned that it is their right to give another bed when the presented bed is no longer available and they didn't give another room. We paid 160 euro for the room for one night because of this bed. They simply provide something else without a flinch or apology. Also their was a bottle of water waiting on the room presented as a welcome gift. But by checking out they charged for it. Maybe they have a bit too much confidence in their brandname.

Not clear where to find the front door when looking for the hotel. The 'room with a view' was not much of a view.

Price difference from wk to wk and bathrooms need an upgrade!

Clean, comfort and excellent wireless Internet. Next to shopping center and shopping area.

No water hose near the toilets. Limited resturant menu.

Everything was perfect. The staff couldn't have been more helpful both when I contacted them prior to our stay and during our trip. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. The breakfast was very good.

Reception staff were very good,,,very friendly... breakfast was worth the money...excellent beds ...excellent... position excellent...

Prior to this stay..we stayed at the matelote...antwerp... a group hotel..opposed to an intimate ...small hotel..with character like the amadeus in seville...in the hilton you are a number... in the others you are an appreciated and known guest

It was extemely friendly, furnishings were beautiful but Most of all i felt at home and did not want to leave

It was extremely difficult to find a route into the Hilton. Most of the roads around the Hilton are closed for road works, and there is only one way into the hotel. It should have been flagged up on your web site that it was extremely difficult to access the hotel by road. In the end I had to employ a taxi to guide me into the hotel.
