Perfect location in the very center, near Meir shopping streeet. If you ome by car expect to spend a fortune for municipal parking (17.50 EUR/day) there is no wellness center (one can use a fitness club in an adjacent shopping mall for free, but it is really poor) wifi internet - 15 EUR/day breakfast 25 EUR/person

Location is superb; rooms are comfortable and clean although somewhat worn. Outrageously expensive for wireless internet. Breakfast overpriced.

Excellent location. American standard comfort and design. Nice breakfast. Very good price/quality in this "end of year" offer. In 2012 wifi should be free at least in the lobby. 15 euro/ 24h is too expensive

It is a superbly situated hotel but usually priced beyond mere mortals. The Christmas break deal was extraordinarily good, however and the hotel appeared to be near full in consequence. The Exec floor was worth the extra though the flocks of gannets at the teatime swoop were accompanied by their young. Excellent reception staff. (It makes you want to be obnoxious just to see what they would do.) Joking. But an issue nonetheless. Like so many top rate hotels the beer range is demeaningly poor, more noticeable here in one of the crucibles of the international craft beer movement, where industrial scale convenience beers simply will not do for a lot of guests.

The location is un beatable ...... is in the centre of everything, shopping, dining, you name it ..... even has a direct door to the Grand Bazaar ..... short walking distance to every where . since Antwerp is a shopping city .... this hotel is the most convenient . The room is quiet old but not bad .... the main problem was there were too many rooms per floor , it takest minutes to walk from lift to room . Front desk staff speak English but the room service staff speaks difficult English ..... The room is quiet old and the hallway doesnt smell really good

Excellent location, luxurious lobby area, efficient check-in procedure Wifi costs 15 euros for 24 hours. Free wifi is a standard offer business room hire and most hostels these days, it seems unreasonable for the Hilton not to offer it, given that it would be available for meeting rooms. I was also charged a 'security' fee on check-in, which was not very well explained. An extra 50-ish euros was charged to my credit card and, according to the accounts, will not be released / refunded to the card for some days after.

Fantastic central location. Parking is in secure well lit public car park underneath hotel. Busy hotel with excellent staff. Rooms traditional style but looked fresh. Quiet rooms. Breakfast is excellent served overlooking the square. Bar and lounge always busy Their strength is their weakness. The upside is you get a reliable high quality environment but the downside is that you could be anywhere - no Antwerp atmosphere. The extras are where Hilton get you. Breakfast if not in a package is a bit steep, bar prices are high and just picking up the packet of Pringles triggers a mini bar charge. At €7 - a nasty surprise!

Location was great - even if there was strike. Many good restaurants and shopping area comfortably be reached Breakfast was mass. Huge group like tigers at the buffet. The buffet lacked any orginality. In the room broken lavabo - some part of the hotel need to be brought to level of 4 star - this is never a 5 star hotel.

I liked the location, the ease of checking in and out, the immediate surroundings with both shopping and sightseeing options literally on the door-step. The building is starting to show signs of wear. If you pay premium price, you should be allowed to expect premium facilitkes. The restaurant inside and outside seems to need a bit of care...

This is certainly the best location one can hope for in Antwerp, and the hotel is comfortable and provides services to match its reputation. For guests staying on the executive floor there is also the possibility of not having to queue up to check-out, which is handy if you're in a hurry! We stayed on the executive floor, where there is an executive lounge with free access to the internet and complimentary beverages. However, the lounge is quite small and many guests have to go to the ground floor for breakfast...

Housekeeping was inefficient. During our 3 night stay, coffee sachets/sugar, shower gel etc. were replaced sporadically. Used towels were left in the bathroom and clean ones supplied, so we ended up with 4 bath towels and no bath mat. I can't comment about the hotel staff. Key card and express chackout mean that we only had contact with a staff member when checking in, which makes it very impersonal.
