Classy hotel, in the middle of the city centre. Nice atmosphere and clean rooms. The executive rooms are nice and of a good size. The Spa is a bit old, the steambath was not working. No swimming pool. Gym only open at 9am on Saturday/Sunday |

The room was spotlessly clean and great location for the city. Sadly, the carparking facility is not inclusive. |

Excellent service, very comfortable beds, super breakfast. Rooms were a bit hot and found it difficult to turn the AC up. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was relatively large. Bath room excellent. Rooms very clean. Breakfast is not good value for money: No freshly squeezed juices at all, no salmon, no goat cheese. Internet access way too expensive and slow. In the usa internet is often free. Outside aircondition system very noisy. |

We booked a Double Twin Guest Room and they upgraded us to a King Business Suite free of charge. The suite was huge and a welcome relief after months of travelling. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The reception staff were excellent. The location was excellent. It cost about 8 Euro to get from the central train station to the hotel and we had the old town at our doorstep. We had to pay for wifi time. We've stayed in many hotels where they offer free wifi. On walking to our room, we noticed that the passage ways were a little drab and worn, perhaps they should be spruced up a little. |

The location is excellent ..right in the middle of everything. Too many staff were in training and not experienced or knowledgeable enough. |

Warm, friendly staff; we had a room on the Executive floor - a nice touch to have an Executive Lounge with drinks available during the day; lovely roof terrace; comfortable room; great location for sightseeing and shopping. (all helped by fabulous weather!) Foyer and dining area not very inviting so we didn't stay here for drinks or dinner - Antwep has so many options and the weather was lovely so eating out was great but we wouldn't have wanted to remain in the hotel. |

Great location in the city centre - good-sized rooms and bathrooms - a great choice for a city break. When we first walked in the lobby stank of fish, which took a couple of days to disappear - not a great first impression! |

The size of the room was very generous and comfortable. Good value for the price The extra charge for the fitness facilities. The food and service in the restaurant at lunch left something to be desired. The waitstaff seemed very inexperienced. One dropped a dish on our table which created a loud startling noise. My "crab and avocado" salad contained no avocado and the crab appeared to be imitation. |

friendly staff, good breakfast. The Sauna room is not nice, showers are not very clean. The hotel itself needs a refreshment of interior. |
