It is very central and close to a main train station. It is also very close to a shopping centre, restaurants and the Gran Place. The bathroom was very small. There were no drawers to put thing in. |

Very nice location,great beds,breakfast was good to average.staff was very helpfull. Room was quite small,but very modern....if you're there to sleep,then this hotel is a great place to do it....A 2 minute walk to the red light area,15 minute walk to the heart of it all!!! the room was small(but comfortable),but after all this is europe !! |

Pleasant helpful staff Initial room was small, chipped bath, dirty ironing board cover, sticky tape covered in hair on the luggage board back. Unbelievable for a Hilton hotel. Room changed on request. On leaving was overcharged and it took 15 minutes to sort that matter out. |

Everything in the hotel was fine and the staff were helpful with directions and other information. Everything was clean and perfect, but the room was on the small side. |

everything: the more senior staff behaving unprofessionally -i.e. I arrived at night and was not told the very basics: the lift would not work unless "fueled" by your room-card key/ the room lights would not work either unless your room card-key inserted in a specific slot in the wall -and since it was at night that I arrived I could not see a thing inside the room; instead of a quiet room I was... |

The location, staff, services, facilities and cleaniness of the hotel and rooms were great. The rooms were a bit small but fine for a weekend break. The cleaniness and friendly staff made up for the room size. The other small complaint was the price of drink and food at the hotel bar it was double the prices in other places. |

Modern, clean, good location, big choice for breakfast room a bit too small, the window in our room was useless and even disturbing as you only can see a wall with the open windows of the OTHER guesrooms, there was no person taking our lugage to the room |
