It's close proximity to the city center and all amenities Internet connection fee was a lot higher than what I expected. In fact, with the 24 hr internet fee, one could book a room in another hotel with free internet connection and probably the same other facilities

The location is just excellent! The room is relatively cosy, the bed is good, though small. The room is very small, the toilet was dirty (found some "leftovers"), the shower almost didn't work and the breakfast is far too expensive - 30 eur/pp. Also the staff was rude, especially one older man in the reception!

Unfortunately my comments for this hotel are only negative ones. We will be complaining direct to the Hilton chain of hotels. The room was tiny and too hot, there was no way of controlling the temperature, other than opening a window which then brought in the noise off the street below. The glass shower panel was broken and dangerous, we reported this and was told they would sort it, this did not happen. The bathroom was too small and all fittings were unacceptably fitted, unable to turn tap on because of where it was located, not able to lift toilet lid properly because of where the toilet roll holder had been put. All in all this was a very disappointing stay at a quite costly 2 night stay.

Location I never had such bad experience! I got a huge financial problem becuase of this hotel. I should pay 417 euro for my staying in the hotel. Hotel charged several times different sums of money from my bank card; 1600 euro in total! I wasted a lot of nerves, time and money (more than 300 euro (!) for the phone conversations/negotiations with my bank). Finally the situation was managed but nobody reimbursed me this 300 euro, my time and nerves. Moreover, the internet connection is extremely expensive here - minimum 12 euro for 30 minutes! I would never recommed this hotel to anybody.

The efficient and yet complimentary way of relating and attending of its personnel It is completely unacceptable that nowadays a Hilton Hotel doesn't have an open wireless service. I had to complain to be given, as a special favor, 24h acess on gratuity. However, I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and, consequently, was affected by this policy.

I experienced a bad service at Hilton Brussels Hotel. Even Brussels had low temperature by that time, I had cool air conditioned instead of warm. I claimed 3 times, but only the last day of my stay, they turned on the heating system of the room. Because of that I caught a cold. Also bear in mind that hotel only provides Wi-fi connextion at a cost of 27 Euros per day.

The bar is good, as well as the sauna and gym. Friendly staff The rooms are quite poor if you are used to the Hilton standard. They are small and outdated. I was quite amazed when I walked in. The double bed was 1.40m. Breakfast was OK, but paying EUR 30 for it, is a complete joke.

The location was perfect, very close to"la Gare du Nord and to the Grand Place on foot in 15 minutes. The breakfast was excellent,so were all the young men and women at the front-desk ,very polite and very helpful.A problem suddently appeared with rhe central heating in our room and a very helpful man knocked at our door two minutes after we informed the recertion about the problem. As they couldn t fix it at that moment, they offered to supply us with a small electric stove in order to be warmed up. They should put an ashtray just outside the front door of the Hotel!!

Internet @ 22 euros for 24 hours is a rip off. As well as a bottle of water for 6.95 euro. And the breakfast? 30 euros!!! Outdated rooms with view on a concrete bulding 30 feet away.
