No free wifi in rooms !!
Good location, nice room size and Wi-Fi at reception is free.
Wi-Fi for non member is limited and expensive. Air conditioner did not work and every night we got sweat, and kept opne the window but so noisy, not confortable at all.
Location was excellent and within easy reach of the main attractions - depending on what you wanted to see
Area was in process of some re-development No current work ongoing - also, a number of vagrants sleeping rough outside the railway station.
No free wifi in the room
The location was more in the business area rather than in the tourist area so we had further to travel to get to the tour bus pickup
The breakfast was not worth the 33 euros charged and the 25 euros per day for WiFi is absolutely over the top
Friendliness of staff
Key use in lifts Limited free wifi
Very little actually, I would definitely NOT stay again there, hotels nearby, much better value and services (have stayed before).
Works outside and noisy, no mention on the website, no reflection in the prices of rooms Staff very surly and inflexible (paying cash up front when checking in is near impossible for pre-bookings) Crammed lobby of the room, small and crammed bathroom. Strange stale smell on the corridors, old carpets). High price for breakfast & restaurant, much better value elsewhere. Poor choice of gluten-free or sugar free food for breakfast. No sugar free jams or gluten free biscuits/breads. Drinks at the bar much higher then bars in the vicinity. No free wifi in the rooms, only in the lobby, when most of the hotels (even low-cost ones) offer this facility included in the price (free).
Almost nothing.By large effort they made articles reposition (toilet paper, soap). Wi-fi payed in the room. Smoking smell on a non-smoking room. Too much noise in the lobby (hard to sleap).
Quase nada (almost nothing).
Wifi was good Breakfast was buffet style Good location
close to the center of town
the room was rather small
The staff at reception desk is exceptionnel
Great staff "Unbelievable service from the front desk staff" and very helpful
Restaurant around Hotel not very good. Had to walk several miles to find a good restaurant.
There was no toothbrush (((
no parking and no access from public carpark, extensive construction around hotel, stairs in middle of corridor prevented wheeling cases.
So called free wifi was a big put on. Wifi in the room was not free with out conditions, that sucks. The lobby is a poor place to use the internet. Hilton was the worst hotels we stayed in for our three week tour of Europe. Breakfast was not included. Construction was included. Parking was difficult and directions for using the elevator was poor for all the guests. We didn't like the 8€ water at the bar? My wife didn't like needing to ask for a pass to use the lobby restroom. This Hilton was even worse that the Hilton in Vienna. I sure wood not buy stock in this organization or stay in another Hilton Hotel. Bob miller
Average breakfast, small bathroom & small room.
the wifi is so poor and slow. the wifi worked on my first day of visit but was extremely slow. the wifi became worse on my second day of stay. it is so unstable and I could not connect the network for work at all.
the staff is helpful and friendly
Single room was quite small and dark. Rooms are not very soundproof. WiFi very expensive in rooms. Extremely small bathroom.
Hotel is very near to the station nord.
No free wifi in the hotel room.
Sheraton which is located in the neighbourhood is better. It was very noisy outside during the night because of the road working. I'd stayed better to other Hilton hotels. Small rooms.
we got a very good deal on the room
our room was tiny, much smaller than friends paying the same price. could barely move in the bathroom.
Convenient location. Easy access via metro/tram from Eurostar. Convenient fo shopping.
Given the wrong room! Apologised and gave us a free breakfast and complimentary drink. Promised slippers and robes - the latter never materialising.
Staff was really excellent. Friendly and efficient. They went beyond expected to try and help guests have a pleasant stay.
Facilities, room furnishings and breakfast seemed below average compared to other Hiltons (or hotels in Brussels)
clean and quiet environment near metro and railway station
breakfast poor quality
