Even allowing for the friendliness of the Belgians,the quality of the welcome in all areas:check in, check out,coffee shop, concierge and room staff was exceptionally high. A selection of European/U.S.newspapers might have been supplied to the room. |

convenience of location there is a car parking charge of euros 35 for a day which is too steep... for a hotel of hilton's reputation for guests bringing their own vehicle why charge them for parking |

location, view rooms are rather old, need renovation. Pitty that most staff didin't speak dutch which happens to be the language of the majority of the people in Belgium. |

Well, it was an honest hotel. Breakfast and restaurant staff. Really bad. No food available and they don't even try to sort things out for you. Didn't expect that from a 5 star hotel, specially a Hilton. |

Staff spoke excellent English, very knowledgable about the area and were very friendly. Rooms were lovely with everything you needed, very good brk, elegant bar, and very clean and tidy. |

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The spring offer for 2 guest was with €99,- including breakfast unbeatable Hotel could profit from some renovation. Minibar prices are exorbitant (€ 7 for Coke) |

The check-in agent on the front desk when we arrived was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. The location was fantastic, on an exclusive road with designer boutiques, cinemas, shopping and eating places. Some items at breakfast ran out and were not replenished very quickly, e.g. scrambled eggs/bacon. However, there was a good variety of food and drink and the quality was good. |

hotel Staff is very professional, very good service. Good location to visit the city. Breakfast room overbooked on Sunday at 9:00h, big room but too less for a 27 plant building. |

The cost of our stay was very cheap and the great view we had from our room was great. Our room was cold and the blankets not so comfortable. The room's furniture was kind of old and out of date. The TV could've been nicer. |

Location was fine Boiled eggs (soft) run out, told 20 mins before there would be more, don't let them run out then! Better than the potato rosti, which the manager said was cooking but no idea how long they would be! Should I just sit and wait, or select something else?? Not helpful! |

location - just in the center and the city view from the room equipment of the room was very poor (it really looks like the hotel from early 70's), the staff was unfriendly and crowd during breakfast was incredible...it was a last time in Hilton. |
