スキポール行きのバスを聞いたときに2回聞いたら、そんなの知らないと怒られた

総合的にコストパフォーマンスの高いホテルでした。朝食もレベルが高かったです。

旧市街地へのアクセスはあまりよく無かったです。

ホテルスタッフの対応は最悪。部屋も古い。チェックインしても荷物を部屋に運ぶのが遅い。

The rate, there was a big differance betwen the rate I had to pay and my friends rate almost dubble.

There was always a taxi outside,

First room there was no heating, it was so cold I could not take off my overcoat I insisted they change it which they did. It does not feel like a 'happy' hotel

it was a very short overnight stay -- in early evening, out early the next morning. But location was excellent and service staff seemed quite professional.

Breakfast was good, room was of dissent size and good value for money

Bathroom was rather outdated. Also I was leaving early morning and therefore wanted to settle the bill a night before. A receptionist told me that I could do that only after midnight due to shift change. I found that very strange as I've done that hundred times in other hotels.

The hotel was in a good location, close to Royal Palace. Very clean and comfortable room, not noisy, good breakfast, nice staff .Three minutes walk from metro station.. We were very satisfied!!

The location is perfect, just opposite the upscale Louise boulverad with its many exclusive shops and restaurnats. The room was beautiful and had everything that we needed.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Not much variety of items and definately not stands to the star category of this hotel.

The staff is great! They know me well by now and pamper me.

The executive lounge was very dirty. Glass tables looked as they had not been cleanec in days! The service was much too slow. First time it was that bad.

The deal was great, staff good, breakfast nice and great that it was included as most Brussels hotels don't include it. The location is good, easy to get to and in a nice area.

I would not say that the room we stayed in was 'luxury' or 5 star, although it was comfortable and clean. I think the staff may have been overworked/understaffed during breakfast service as it was difficult to get coffee and refills. The price of minibar items is terrible - 7 euros for a bottle of water (which is the same as a bottle of beer).

Queen delxe plus room - it is not standard for 5 stars, it is 3 or 4. Bathroom was small, TV was old, shower was on the wall, not portable, without massage mode. Baths was for children, not for adults.
