Location, very good wifi. These were both important.

The television was quite old and the channel selection limited. That was not a big deal.

Not possible to get breakfast before 7 a.m., this is not acceptable for an Hotel near an airport

The staffs are very rude and terrible, shout loudly in the lobby. When the customers come back late at night, would not like toopen the door for the customers. Do not like to live there any more.

I read the reviews and was expecting much less. I found it a GREAT value. If you need a hotel close to the Brussels Airportm this place serves your needs well and it was only 15Euros via taxi to the airport.

Staying on the ground floor exposes one to a lot of noise from the street and from the hallway.

The room including the private bathroom was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfy :)

The staff at the counter in the evening was very rude to my sister which I did NOT appreciate.

The location was perfect for my business activities and the facilities were more than adequate for my needs.

Good clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was good, enough choice to make.

The diner was not good. The staff who was there wasn't able to make something for us. Kitchen was not available for cooking. So we had to go outside to eat.

Location and plenty parking

The wall are paper-thin so you hear everything your neighbours are doing, even in the bathroom....

Ideal location for business travels, Air port just 10 min drive from hotel (no traffic in the morning).

Quiet with decent sized room.

We went to check out at 6:30 am and found the reception area locked up. We had not been notified of this and had to trust someone would realize we'd left. Very hard to find.

Convenient to the airport with easy access. Very friendly and helpful staff. Generous room size. Clean and comfortable. I was concerned about some of the reviews I read prior to booking, but found none of the negatives during our 1 night stay :)

Нас устроило все: наличие бесплатной парковки, вай-фай, большой чистый номер, ванная, интерьер. Завтрак весьма хороший. Были на машине, поэтому в Брюссель ездили на авто самостоятельно. Тем, кто без машины - будет неудобно
