The receptionist working in the evenings was great and would go out of his way to help and make the stay pleasant. He really made the product better! The location to the Brussel Expo was also good and the reason I booked it. The bathroom was not very clean and the restaurant was more like a cantine. The rooms could do with some updating... It was also very easy to hear the other guests, like paper walls, could hear everything! Not really a business Hotel as it is quit rundown, not very clean and not good conditions to work in the rooms.

Free wireless internet, good bed. The staff was very kind and friendly. They made us some good recommendations. It's a bit dated and my neighbors made a lot of noise and you can hear it very well through the rooms.

Its proximity from Brussels Expo Alliance Hotel is the worst hotel I stayed in a very very long time. Dirty, old and lacking in comfort and services and very expensive for the lack of quality it offers. I woke up with insect bites all over my arms and there was no hot water in the morning so I had to wash myself with almost cold water. I think it's a shame that in a capital like Brussels you cannot find a good hotel near Expo.

LOCATION was excellent and having safe car parking facility was brilliant! ALso it was wonderful to have an area for my smal dog to run around for exercise. Was surprised to have to pay for car parking every night!! Enjoyed staying and will recommend it to others. Cost for breakfast - too high for one who only wanted a croissant and coffee. Will not pay such a high price, sorry. It would be nice to have a coffee machine for real coffee for guests.

It was an awful experience. The day we stayed was a no drive day which we weren't informed about, we blagged our way through after an hour or so. We arrived at the hotel late afternoon to find there was no power in the room....it was fixed within 20 mins. Tried to get ready for a client meeting in the evening....there was no hot water, we were told half an hour but it never materialised....awful. They tried to charge too much for parking, we had to point it out on our booking forms. The credit card machine was broken so we had to pay by cash. All in all a badly run hotel, just don't go.

The hotel is very close to the highways, train station and atomium. We parked our car on the road which is free. The hotel is cheap comparing with others. The receptionists are not friendly at all. The room is very small and not so clean.
