The position is ideal for the Metro and buses into the City Centre. Ample car parking. Tourist restaurants within walking distance at BruParc. No noisy traffic as hotel set back from road, which isn't particularly busy. Easy to access by car as close to the ring road. Internet access was not available in the rooms due to a fault. However, access was possible in the lounge area. |

This is a budget hotel. If all you need is a simple room with a decent bed and an okay breakfast, then this is fine. Main reason to stay here would be if you get a good rate. Decor and furnishings are tired. Because it's Holiday Inn you might expect more than this hotel actually offers. |

Breakfast was excellent and there was plenty of things to choose from. It was close to the underground which was excellent. I understand how difficult it is to work with the general public as I work with people myself. I did not like the behaviout of staff. I was not told how to get to my room. I was also asked for my credit card because staff wanted to know my credit card number as long as I ordered something. I had to ask why this was like that and was not very happy that someone asked me for it without explanation. |

Close to public transportation The room was too small for two people. There was no place to store our luggage Our keys had to be redone each day as they did not work at the end of the day. |

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Hotel suffers a bit from a lack of svces (room svce, full time resto) but generally a very pleasant stay |

We liked it that it was near to the Atomium. Also the good neighbourhood. If the window is open during the night, the traffic is a little disturbing and if the window is closed, the ventilation may be a little problem. |

het hotel bevindt zich op wandelafstand van de expo en in het hotel is het heel rustig. Er is weinig ruimte om kleren op te hangen (zakenkledij) in de tweepersoonskamer en de badkamer vind ik ook klein |
