The location is great- in the center of the old town - and yet quiet. The room was big and clean . Breakfast is very good. |

Coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Ice machine in corridor. Facial tissues in bathroom. Two double beds in twin room. Breakfast included in reasonable price. Able to open window for fresh air. Your price much less than the rack rate. Walking distance from station. Walking distance to centre of town. Even in October it was quite hot in room 121. Noise from the hotel's main airconditioning centre , and the lack of secure opening of the window meant that we needed to close it - the window opened onto a walkway at the rear. The individual airconditioner in our room was effective to start with but soon became very noisy, with quite an alarming crackling sound. Next time I would ask for a room at the front. |

exceptional location for site seeing in Leuven. less than 200 feet from the restraunt district and 4 minutes from the town hall square. 15 minute walk to the trainstation. hotel parking was slightly more expensive than local area but allowed multiple entry per day and was very convenient. one of very few hotels in town with parking. very pleased with my overall stay. |

Central location made visiting the town centre in the evening easy. Underground parking useful as roads nearby are narrow and crowded. €16 per night for the parking was a bit steep. |

The hotel is nice...a little loud during the school year due to the courtyard. If you stay, request the 4th floor on the side away from the courtyard Finish the remodel and get the billing right. It tool 3 times for them to give me the right bill and if I was not watching, they were going to charge me 100E over....ridiculous. |

Its location in the centre of the city and nearby the main University buildings. No functioning airco in the room. The staff didn`t propose to help us with the luggage. Not used to this in Switzerland. Real budget-hotel feeling. |

The hotel is very central to all amenities in Leuven. It is far too expensive. I have stayed in similar hotels in Europe for half the price. |
