Friendly welcoming staff. close to the centre of town and great restaurants. Will continue to use this hotel when I visit Leuven Parking is great but still a little expensive. Rooms Very Warm (but A/C is being fitted). Can be noisy during term time. |

Location is good. Staff are extremely kind and helpful. People, you need to refurbish! You cannot charge what you're charging for a hotel that screams 1970s. |

Good size rooms and 2 double beds in each. Plenty of free TV channels in many languages. Very central for strolling around the old centre of Leuven. |

Nothing at all. Very poor Hotel for the amount of money. For this kind of money it might be acceptable to have airco in the rooms. Very noisy outside. Extremely warm in the rooms. No possibility to open window in a proper way. |

Staff was very obliging, friendly, helpful and accurate. Felt welcome at the hotel. Liked the style and atmosphere of the breakfast-hall very much. could hear the noise from the corridor (people walking by & talking) |

Staff very friendly. Excellent location for sightseeing. Good restaurants very close by. Doona on bed far too small. Was given extra one without hasttle. Towels very thin. Reuse policy of towels not adhered to by cleaning staff. |

Location is great, the staff is great and very accommodating and I also believe that Leuven citizens in general are among the nicest I have ever met in my travels. I think, except for the fruits, the breakfast is very nice and there is something for everyone and it gives you a good start for the day. You can leave your valuables in a safety deposit box at the reception, but I prefer having a safe box in my room. I felt the internet access at the hotel was rather expensive and i opted to use a near by internet facility which wasn't always convinient. |

Lots of facilities, to bad no time to use it. When I stayed there there was some (student) party going on somewhere close to the hotel which caused noise well into the night, after which people came out screaming. So i didn't get much sleep. |
