clean and good hospitality
wifi connection very bad and need new pilows
Windows, building needs updating.
Wi if not very good on some floors
Very good location, close to Liege historic centre. Our room was big, with 2 beds.
Hotel is a little bit old, but it doesn't really matter.
the view the price
breakfast a bit expensive (so we didn't take it)
great location, good value for money, large room, Wifi worked most of the time, cozy bed, balcony, water boiler and tea/coffee available
poor heating in bathroom, small television, no minibar/fridge
The sauna and swimming pool and the location was fine as well.
The hotel is a bit old and therefore not as fancy as it may seem on the internet.
I could walk to city from hotel and hotel was very comfortable!
Helpful and cheerful staff Swimming Pool
Two full beds, 20 min walk to centrum.
Breakfast price could be lower
The bed was very comfortable. The rooms vet spacious
The restaurant could have had more choices in the menu, the room service menu had better choices
Free wifi and plenty of free parking. Close to city center. Easy walk to it. View on Maas river. Price/quality is ok.
Hotel a bit worn. Can use an update. No restaurant, only barfood.
Hotel overall, friendly and helpful staff, good value
Not reasonable is the price for the pet with 15,-€ per night. Surrounding of the hotel in poor condition with a lot of beer cans, water bottles and papers also. Permanet noise of the air condition disturbs at day and night.
We stayed in a room for 4 persons. It was a huge room, very comfortable with a small balcony. The surroundings included a cute small park were people can relax away from the noisy center. A lot of free parking space
Very expensive breakfast (did not tried). Not very close to city center.
- Location - Walking distance from the center - On the banks of the Meuse
- During friday- and saturdaynight there were parties in the palais de congres across from the hotel. The noise both from the street and the music insiede the palais was substantial. We had two bad nights and decided not to stay for third night(which we already paid for).
The comfort of the room, the breakfast and wi-fi were excellent.
It is a bit far from the city centre.
The location near the Palais des Congres.
- Unheated room, heater malfunction - The bed mattress had a huge hole and it was impossible to can get rest - The bathroom needs renovation and more cleaning of the sink and wc - No refrigerator in the room, but indeed, at how cold was in the room no need refrigerator
very nice location for conference center Nice room, large bathtub
room was noisy (street noise)
swimming pool and sauna are really good
Breakfast is too expensive
Realy big room!
Staff are very helpful
Road noise in rearward facing rooms.. Main entrance automatic door is faulty.. Staff are happy to help but guests shouldn't have to bang on the window to get in..
Central location- easy walk to main areas Staff friendly
Decor a little 'tired'
location, view, swimming pool, staff, comfortable check-in and check-out timing
quite old fashion design in the whole structure
The staff were very helpful. Parking was readily available. Walking distance to good restaurants and parks.
The car park is ridiculous. First their is no sign to it, so if you are silly like me and expect a sign you will go round the one way system twice looking for it before you park up and walk around till you find it, as you would not want to end up in the wrong car park. Then comes the real shock. The car park was not closed properly. As there are homeless people sleeping rough in the car park beside the hotel car park, it is very easy for thieves to get at the cars without attracting attention. There was not any sign of video surveillance of the car park. There were two large signs warning visitors that the hotel does not accept any liability for theft or damage. Not hard to guess why these signs are quite new. They charge ten Euros per night for the car park and I estimate an annual income of at least 100k from the car park, so it is past time they fixed the entrance, put up some signs and installed video. You will also enjoy the queue in the morning at the coffee machine. This is a ten storey hotel with just one coffee machine.
