Nice location . Plenty of free parking outside.They recomended to park the car in their privat garage for 10 euro for our safty. Walking distance to the center with a lot of eating options. Beautiful canal view from our room 5th floor-very quiet. Good breakfast.

we stayed for the Liege Bastogne Liege and the hotel was fine for our needs. the rooms were big and facilities alright. It is a 10 minute walk to the train station and also to the city. overall a decent hotel for a decent price.

Nice location by the river. Parking was free (but the second day it was all taken, so we were a bit lucky). Walking distance to the city. Friendly, helpful staff. Large, comfortable room.

Pool and sauna were a little small. Some strange rules (no swimming trunks allowed, bathing cap compulsory). Climbing on the A/C unit was forbidden :)

Hotel staff was more than helpfull - we came at 10:00 and they helped us with such a check-in. Great place to visit Liege, grat value for money, spacious rooms with hughe and comfortable beds.

Spacious bedrooms with good bathrooms, good quality breakfast buffet. A dependable hotel for a winter stay.

Why does the excellent breakfast buffet have to be spoiled by the playing of such dreadful music? Some of the English language Christmas numbers played in the week before Christmas were cringe-making. Perhaps the former smoking and non-smoking divisions in the breakfast room could be used for music and non-music?

Close to city center and free parking. Nice large and comfortable room.

Impossible to shut down the heater, the room was really hot. Wifi not working properly. Old TV.

We read some of the other reviews and were a little scared that it would actually be a one star hotel (animals in room and things like that), but we experienced the opposite! We had a nice big clean and cheap room, with free breakfast because there was a (maybe) noisy wedding downstairs. Noise didnt bother us and wasnt loud at all and the breakfast, different from what we read in other reviews, was actually perfect! Loads of choice in cold and warm food, croissant, fresh juice, bread, fruit etcetc. Definately worth the money (even if we'd have to pay 8eur for it)! Ps. Free crisps with beer in the bar;) Pps. They do have wifi, for free and very very fast! In rooms and lounges (60CCEC52F9 pass w/caps)

I cant think of any downsides of this hotel for us personally in during trip.

The location was excellent for easy walking access to the city but also for ingress and exiting from Liege. The staff were great, being very cheerful and always welcoming. The bar meals were of good size and very tasty (no restaurant in Hotel) but would be a bit restrictive if staying longer than a couple of days. The spa facilities were of a good standard and plenty to chose from. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

The outside of the Hotel needs tidying up; especially the car park but don't be put off by the state of the Hotel surroundings Not having a restaurant in the Hotel would be an issue for families.

There was no Wifi in the hotel public areas. To use the net in the room you had to use a cable. However the connection speed was so poor it was unusable.Also if you had a smart phone or ipad there was no way of connecting to the net.

The staff was good. Buffet Breakfast was also fine.

No refrigerator in the rooms.. Certainly does not match with their claim to be a four star hotel. The air conditioner also did not work properly.
