Deze Holiday Inn ligt in het hart van de Europese wijk van Brussel. Het biedt een directe toegang tot het stadscentrum via metrostation Schuman, dat op 350 meter afstand ligt. Het beschikt over een kleine fitnessruimte, waar u na de training een gratis glas frisdrank krijgt. De Holiday Inn Brussels-Schuman is klassiek ingericht en heeft een marmeren lobby met afbeeldingen van Picasso en een restaurant met uitzicht op de tuin. In de warmere maanden is het mogelijk om buiten op het terras te dineren. De kamers van de Holiday Inn Brussels-Schuman bieden een combinatie van de oud-Engelse stijl en moderne voorzieningen, waaronder een flatscreentelevisie met kabelkanalen. Uitstekend hotel voor wie bij de EU op bezoek gaat. Op zondagavond zijn alle restaurants in de directe omgeving gesloten, inclusief de brasserie van het hotel zelf. De vriendelijke receptionist verwees ons naar een plein verderop. Ontbijt is met € 22 flink aan de prijs; in de omgeving zijn er op werkdagen veel restaurantjes waar je voor de helft of minder heel goed kunt ontbijten.

Wij hebben heerlijk geslapen , bedden waren goed, beetje te warm op de kamer. Wat wij niet fijn vonden is ,dat wij s´morgen om 7 uur gewekt worden van het geluid van het fitniss gebeuren boven onze kamer, volgens ons het geluid van een loopband. Zeer vervelend!

We had a great weekend in Brussels the hotel is located around the corner from the EU commission building and Schumann Metro station ... it is also a short walk away from the airport bus and Cinquantenaire .. we also had a nice walk to grand place from the hotel ... We would stay there or in another Holiday Inn again Wifi €9 for 12 hrs is a bit of a joke

It is nice, cheap but alos clean hotel with a very polite staff. Very well located if somebody is going to participate in activities within the eu district. The interior is optimistic and the hotel was comfortable enough, with standard meeting my needs (one night stay, business trip). However the staff was friendly I had to wait twice for a long time for their assistance with check-in (nobody came to the empty reception desk and there was even no ring to call somebody) and with check-out (the lady talked on the phone long time with another client without any excuse, information). Internet was cut-off because of some failure which I was inform about while check-in.

The room is nice, bed also good with duvets and not blankets like in most hotels in Brussels. Tea and coffee also available. It was very cold in the room and the heating runs only via a/c so I could not warm it up until the next day when I left. In bathroom there is no heating at all. The lift is either broken or very slow, you should count 5-10 minutes to catch it.

Hotel arrangement - very convenient. 5 minutes on foot to the underground. 4 stops by the underground to the central station. 2 stops to city center. Service in number - excellent. We didn't book room with a breakfast. In number - a minibar, a teapot, tea, coffee, sugar. Nearby a lot of good caffeine where it is possible to have breakfast. Number ordered for one and a half month - the price was very much very good.

The bathroom was very dirty I couldn't have a shower because the tray filled with water due to a blocked drain and as well as marks all over the bath I also found pubic hair. The towels were also covered in stains. It was awful. The general decor was very dark and dingy. A depressing room to return to after a long day at work. The bed was very uncomfortable - I woke up with back pain both mornings. The wi/fi access costs €9 from noon until noon, so even if you bought it at 9pm it wouldn't run until 9pm the following day but just until noon. This is very annoying plus having to pay that amount is bad enough anyway. I wouldn't stay there again if someone paid me.

The location of this hotel is quite central. The room was timely cleaned and I liked the bathroom equipment. The room was small and very difficult for two people to move there without inconveniences. When I asked for a bathrobe and slippers, the hotel manager told me that they are provided only for business class which I consider to be strange in such type of hotels. The breakfast was expensive (22 euro pro person).

We got a really good price when we booked this hotel. The hotel located a little bit off from the city center but there is a metro station only 5 minutes walk from to the hotel. The reception was so helpful to us, she tell us everything about the city. The room is quite big and the pillow is nice. They do not have free wi-fi in the hotel and the breakfast price is quite overpriced. When we check in to the hotel, we got a room that has not been cleaned but they give us another room so its okay. At last our new room is a twin bed although we requested for queen size bed.

We only over-night on our way back home and it was convenient with-in walking distance from the Metro and the Snell-bus to the airport.

The hotel is quite good The reservation systhem gave me lots of problems, since I was charged the three times more the price of the room on my credit card (which was rectified later on) and, despite I had already paid the stay, I was asked to pay again al the check out, which again seemed like a mistake. Thus, I consider the reservation systhem not to work properly, in this hotel at least.

Clean comfortable rooms, good selection of tv channels, air- conditioning/heating is room controlled. Wi-Fi chargeable @ 12.50 euro per day. Suffers from the Holiday Inn lack of branding. This is really just an upmarket Travelodge but providing the price is right then that’s fine. Better hotels near-by at similar prices.

Location, excellent for nearby business interest. Quiet street, near to Parc du Cinquantenaire, yet within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Friendly helpful reception. Large double room provided, even as a solo traveller. Good breakfast selection.

its location, close to to the premises where the event happened. The breakfast is very expensive in comparison with what is offered, The selection is quite poor.and its price is not included in the hotel room rate. The lift was not working all 2 days even thought it was promised it will be fixed next day after the arrival. The WIFI is charged extra what is quite unusual nowadays in the era of communication.

The design of the room. The free space in the room. Enough of wardrobe chest space. The bathroom, there was shower-bath and bath-tub too. There weren't any, it was simple perfect for a weekend trip, and it would be perfect for longer stay. However we didn't try the breakfast at the hotel.
