Staff were helpful and efficient. Room decoration was a little "loud" but it was well kept and clean. Breakfast was very good quality and enough quantity. Would recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy the Ardennes for a weekend. Overlooks a road but road noise not bad. It is a long walk (1.5km) into La Roche but it is possible to walk on a path next to the road. |

This gastronomie hotel was amazing, it was perched on the side of the hills next to La Roche en Ardenne, the atmosphere and service was excellant, and the food was amazing...I can recommend it for a romantic weekend away with your partner. |

The breakfast was excellent and the service smiling and helpful. The location is quiet and the view over the river valley very pleasant. I had looked up "Hotels in Durbuy" and this popped up. In fact it is about 30 km from Durbuy in La Roche in Ardennes. This was not a huge problem for us, but it is a bit misleading to be included in the listing for a town so far away. The dinner menu was interesting but too expensive for our tastes on this occasion. Again, no problem since we had a car and ate in a nearby village. |

Entrance shutting at 11:30pm. Dark atmosphere and stink in the main hall, stairs and corridors. Assigned room looks demode' and needs some refurbishment. Breakfast is not worth at all, pistolets were stale, no croissant, unique choice of jam, no fruits, fruit-juice diluted with water... |

Grote kamer. Nederlands sprekend personeel. Goede bediening. Mogelijkheid om fietsen te stallen. Prijsverhouding tussen de kamer en dinerprijzen. De menukeuze is beperkt maar goed, exclusief en lekker maar niet goedkoop net als de drank. |

weinig positief, kan enkel vermelden dat ze nederlands praten en dat we bij valentijn een kleine verrassing op de tafel hadden staan kamer was zeker niet proper : spinnenwebben-je kon je naam schrijven op de deur- oude,muffe,vloerbekleding tegen muren van badkamer: zeker niet hygenisch- ook nog dekens op de bedden:ook niet hygenisch- menukaart heel beperkt, slechts keuze tussen twee menu's die dan ook nog per tafel genomen moeten worden, beide menu's met vis, en een vriend van ons lust geen vis, voor mensen met kinderen... |

Wij gaan regelmatig op weekend maar deze combinatie hebben we zelden gezien of ervaren.Het feit dat al het personeel in het hotel heel erg zijn best deed om nederlands te praten heeft ons heel erg bevallen. Ook hun vriendelijkheid, gedienstigheid en gastronomische keuken zijn top. Proficiat aan heel de ploeg. |

Het is een 4sterrren hotetl. Als ik dit vergelijk met vele andere 4sterren hotels die wij reeds hadden is dit amper 2 sterren waard. |
