That the staff were helpful and honest - they refunded some of our room rate because our paperwork said breakfast was not included when it was. We decided not to pay the extra but would never have known we had already been charged, so it was a welcome surprise to get some money back!

The breakfast staff and the breakfast itself. We booked for only 1 night but upon our arrival, we asked if it was possible to book a 2nd night. They said yes and reserved our room. We then made plans with friends that were also in the area, for the next day and evening. Around 1pm the next day, we were told that they'd accidentally overbooked and that we'd have to move. We were disappointed and it was a pain to move again but as we'd already made plans with friends for that day and night, we had to stay in the area. We ended up at a lesser hotel for the same price...

Uitstekend restaurant met mooi interieur en meubels alhoewel de "zwart" toets die blijkbaar recent werd doorgevoerd ècht niet nodig was en eigenlijk niet helemaal in overeenstemming met het globale interieur. Maar dat nu wel weer de mode zijn zeker? Wij hebben geen formele klachten. Wat ons wel heel erg stoorde was dat het personeel om kwart over tien kwam vragen of we nog iets van het ontbijtbuffet moesten hebben want ze wouden dat opruimen "want ontbijt was van 7 tot 10". Excuseer, maar "ontbijt van 7 tot 10" wil zeggen dat je tussen die uren mag komen om te ontbijten, niet dat je moet gedaan hebben met ontbijten. Dat hadden we nog niet meegemaakt.

Service en ontbijt zijn heel goed. Hotel zelf is zwart en de inrichting ook. Dit is vreselijk. De inrichting en stijl, Zwart en veel toeters en bellen en slechte verlichting op kamer

Zie mijn klacht aan u en margada.Niet geschikt voor mindervalide gasten en gesloten keuken.middels e-mail van gisteren aan u Inmiddels heeft Margada hotel een sportieve reactie gegeven om 2 dagen gratis te overnachten inclusief diner als compensatie, ditwas overigens niet mijn doel met mijn klacht, maar dat de hotelwereld nu eindelijk eens voor veilige en goede aanpassingen gaat zorgen vn tenminste 1 mindervalidekamer en badkamer,zeker de 4* hotels

Geen gastvrije bejegening, verhouding prijs kwaliteit van de maaltijden vonden wij matig.Luxe kamer was erg klein, wij vonden ook hier weer de prijs kwaliteit matig.

De vriendelijkheid en de ontvangst. Prettige de luxekamers, een aanrader. Ontbijt met champagne prima verzorgd. Het diner was aan de prijzige kant met hele kleine hapjes. Je was eigenlijk wel genoodzaakt i.p.v. alleen een hoofdgerecht, het volledige 3- of 4 gangenmenu te nemen. In de omgeving zijn vrijwel geen andere restaurants zodat je bijna wel verplicht bent om daar te gaan dineren. Overigens was het eten uitstekend.

De mooie kamers en de uitstkende bediening en ontthaal. Een glaasje drinken was heel duur. Er was ook helemaal geen prijslijst voor dranken en de rekening nadien was wel een beetje verschieten.
