Pleasant setting in the countryside On balance we thought that the food was good but expensive. The dinner was from a set menu without choice. As this is our first hotel stay in Belgium we have no comparison regarding prices. |

The landlord and his wife were very friendly and accomodating. The food was excellent even though there was no choice, (this may be because their daughter had just had a baby). The room was comfortable although the bed could have been a little wider. Whilst the food was very good value we did feel that E17.50 was a bit much for the house wine. |

We liked the quite atmosphere, the authentic old hotel and the friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was not spectacular. Some "fresh" things might have been good. |

The staff were very friendly - nothing was too much trouble. The setting was close to the motorway but in a quiet country village. The hotel was a gorgeous 600 year old pub with lots of character. Excellent breakfast included. |

The room was very comfortable and of a really good size. The choice of food was limited to the set meal for dinner so we ate out most evenings |

The hotel is a converted farm which was converted 12 years ago the bar/rooms and restaurant used to be the barn. Made us most welcome food was good and breakfast also. Room was clean. It was situated in a small village which was very quiet. Try the Fondu !!! quite an experience. |

The owners were very friendly and the building itself had a welcome rustic charm. It is well-situated in the peace of the lovely Ardennes countryside yet is only minutes away from the nearest Autoroute. The bedroom was a rather small with barely enough room to walk round the bed. The village church with its loud bells is directly opposite. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful and everything was well done in regard to linen, food, fittings in the main rooms, which were spacious and comfortable. We felt that an evening meal for €28 or so was expensive as it was a fixed menu and we would expect to pay that for an a la carte meal. |

The general interaction between the hotel staff and their clients. The ambience in the loung, bar and restuarant. The food was also good. The bedrooms were a bit basic but were Ok. After all you only use them to sleep in. The rest of the hotel was great. |

Vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Prima keuken.
