Location and the price

To me everything was ok in this hotel,and I will book the hotel again in time I travel to belgium.

Front desk were exceptionally helpful

On arrival there were no more non smoking rooms as we had booked. This is not ideal with a young child. The check in person was very understanding and offered us 3 complimentary breakfasts. This was very much appreciated. This is a budget hotel good for a 1 or 2 night stay maximum

Noise from other guests in the corridor.

Easy access and parking, friendly staff, reasonable breakfast, clean and well priced.

Difficult to move around with three bags in a small room with a small bathroom and a smaller closet.

It was very clean and good value.

The sound proofing wasn't that good so it was noisy at night time with traffic noise.

Easy to find near the motorway, but quite quiet in hotel. Suited our needs but should have been advertised as a budget / business stopover hotel. Good value for money. The restaurant next door provides suprisingly good food at a good price.

Room small

Location is superb: 100 m from Köln Central Station and 200 from the cathedral, and you can get with your car right to the door. Garage underground (24/7) for €15/day 80 m from hotel. Our rooms on the 4th floor were very spatious, perfectly clean and quiet (we specifically asked for rooms not at the station-side) Good breakfast with coffee and tea, juice, different types of fresh bread, saussages, cheese, eggs, yoghourt, butter, jam... Very friendly staff.

The elevator was absolutely minimalistic, for max. 150 kg. This means 2 (thin) people with 1 piece of baggage, and that's all! At the breakfast we missed the option of a chocolate drink for the kids (only tea, coffee or orange juice) and cereals.

J'avais fait une réservation d'une chambre non fumeurs et je me retrouve dans une chambre fumeurs en entrant dans cette chambre odeur horrible. Pochette de télécommande très salle et support de douche pleine de crasse. Et la salle de petit déjeuner on dirait une cantine trop petit et bruyante ainsi que les produits du petit déjeuner limite et le café dégoûtant. Enfin il ne vaut pas AKENA de Saint Amand les eaux qu'on se le dise

Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich für den geringen Preis.

Nicht gefallen hat die Lage; sehr dicht an der Autobahn, auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern ziemlich laut. Und der Nachtportier war nicht sehr gastfreundlich-haben bspw. im Speisesaal gesessen und er kam einfach rein und schaltete am Fernseher um-machte es unerträglich laut und ging dann wieder aus dem Raum. Obwohl wir da saßen und man davon ausgehen musste, dass wir gerade etwas schauen, was uns interessiert.
