ホテルは清潔だったし、プール、子供の遊ぶ場所があり、家族連れには良いホテルだった。車で行くと場所も分- かりやすい所にあるが、国道沿いにあるため、車の走る音が少しうるさかった。市内観光にはちょっと遠い場所- にあるが、車で行けば市内の中心に大きな駐車場もあったし、不便はなかった。 |

ホテル自体はとても快適で部屋も広々としてるしポットとコーヒーのサービスがついていたことに感激。ただ車- で来る人には便利かもしれないがバスで来るにはちょっとわかりづらい。車でない人はタクシーをおすすめしま- す。私はバスで行ったが観光案内所の係員が遠い方のバス停を教えてくれた上、道に迷ったので林の回りを一周- することになってしまった。どうしてもバスでという方、路線は27番で最寄りのバス停はBrugge Ons Erfが正しいです。 |

Friendly and efficient staff and free parking (given distance from city - this is a plus). Stayed in room 019 and experienced some noise (assumed catering/cleaning staff) at around 08:00am |

spacious rooms ,comfortable beds , very clean .breakfast were excellent wide choice of menu. in summer it would be lovely to use the pool .the staff were friendly and helpfull the bar area needs making more "sociable"and more comfortable seating is required that you can lounge in better than the ones they have there. the toilet paper is too rough |

clean environement. relatively new facilities. Location was terrible. we had to take a taxi from the ceter of the town.However, it has not mentioned on the website of Booking.com, rather the website said the hotel has good location 5 mins away from citi center. |

I had a really nice and pleasant time in the hotel. Staff are kindness and polite. Hotel itself is a very nice place to stay. 1 - Internet is expensive than the average in Brugge. 2 - I found some hair int he bathtub that weren't mine. |

Hotel staff were really helpful. Web site tells breakfast is included but when you make the reservation the paper you receive tells that you have to pay 15 euro for the breakfast. This is misleading and should be changed. |

The description "5 minutes from Bruges city center" is misleading. The location is remote from the city center and in a forest. A car is required in order to get in the city. |

Location - close the motorway and the city but among the trees. Modern, neat hotel. And it is possible to make the coffee or the tea in the room. sometimes not very smiling service, prices in the bar and the restaurant (including the price of the breakfast) |

The location is superb--close to motorway but surrounded by woodlands.There is plenty of free car parking and it is only a few minutes drive from Brugge centre.Staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurant meals are expensive for what they are.Breakfast is fairly comprehensive and of reasonable standard but at 15 euros is vastly overpriced. Drinks in the bar are also quite expensive. |

Quiet, peaceful location but well positioned for visiting Bruges and touring the countryside. Comfortable rooms with fullsized bath. Greater choice of cereals at breakfast and faster toasters would be nice. Evening menu was expensive so we ate elsewhere. |
