The owners very nice. Nice breakfast and in general I was comfortable during my stay The only thing I did not like: they do not have lift and if you have your room at the 3rd floor and you came out with a big baggage that is very uncomfortable. |

The breakfast room was absolutely beautiful and the staff, particularly Katie, were lovely. It was a great hotel and well-placed for a wander around Bruges. Not at all! |

Nice little hotel, family run. Very clean. Lovely building with two magnificent grand doors at the entrance. The dinning room is surprisingly elaborate and beautifully kept in Belgium style. Worth just having a tea in if nothing else. However the breakfast is one of the best we have seen, full of delicious cheeses and meats and breads. We loved it and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The price is great for what you get and the location was easy walking distance to the square and all the town sights. Excellent choice overall. The rooms are plain and budget, but very clean and efficient. The double bed requested, was two small twines that wouldn't fit snug together-not the first time experienced in Europe. The showers really need curtains to use, very difficult the way it is set up with the shower in the middle of the bathtub with the toilet and everything else right beside. The water runs right off your elbows out of the tub no matter how you stand. Water ends up everywhere. You have to sit in the tub to use. We didn't mind the stairs at all but some might, given its the only option. There is a church across the street that rings its bell loudly at 7am every morning, however there are a lot of Churches in Bruges-could be hard to avoid. |

Breakfast was decent and included in the room fee. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean. The front desk is not always manned. It wasn't a problem for us, but may bother some people. |

The location was great; far enough away from the busy tourist centre, but only a short walk to everything you'd want to see. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. A very comfortable bed and a nice room with a view. |

The hotel staff were very kind & The breakfast was so good location was not well. There were lots of hotels which were more close the center. The room was so small and not clean enough. Especially, if you have asthma should not prefer to stay at this hotel, because the room was too dusty... |

The staff was very helpfully and informative! She recommended several good restaurants and the meals to try at each. She told us about events going on in Bruges and exhibits not to miss. The hotel was in a very quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to all of the sights. Just before departing for our trip, we decided to stay for another day. The hotel staff was quick to reply to my email inquires to accommodate an extended visit. Oh, and the breakfast was fantastic! Our bed was a bit too firm for our liking. The climb up the stairs to the guest rooms my be a bit daunting for some. |

Exquisite design of the reception area and the dining room. Cute patio. Rich and plentiful breakfast. The hotel is situated in the very quiet place 10 minutes walk from the Markt Square. The owner of the hotel is the most friendly and warm person. Our room for four was duplex apartment, and going in the middle of the night to facilities by the steep stairs was not very convinient. The restroom is divided from the living room by symbolic slide door, so you don't have full privacy. |

we had a good welcome, lovely room, excellent breakfast and felt we were looked after really well. It was no trouble for the hosts to freeze our ice blocks for the cooler. We would definately recommend and return. It was also very useful to know to expect the stairs so the advance information was good too. |

The breakfast was really nice with a choice of cold meats, cheeses, bread rolls and cereals. The man the greated us gave us a map with the tourist circut marked out on it. very helpful. The lady owner was very nice and accomadating. Even though the man that greated us gave us map I found him a little hostile towards us. When we arrived we had come straight from a 3 day music festival so looked a little scruffy. I felt that he didnt want us staying in his hotel due to our appearence and backpacks. I didnt feel very welcome. |
