het restaurant is italiaans , heeft een beperkte kaart, maar het geserveerde is van goede kwaliteit , sfeer ontspannen. De door ons gereserveerde duurdere kamer bleek een keukenunit te hebben. Mogelijk moet dat toch vermeld worden, alhoewel uitgebreide maaltijden niet mogelijk zijn i.v.m. een zeer gering kookgerei, bestek etc. Maar voor eenvoudige lunch of ontbijt zeer geschikt. Het hotel ligt in een rustige groene wijk, met een s,nachts afgesloten parkeerplaats. Een bushalte voor het hotel naar het centrum van Genk .Bovendien vlak bij uitvalswegen. Een paar honderd meter verder ligt een kleine , maar redelijk gesorteerde supermarkt. Het ontbijt was niet inbegrepen, en kost € 15.- p.p. dat vonden wij , gezien het gebodene, aan de hoge kant. Wij hebben dit aan de receptie doorgegeven.

sfeervol ingericht - licht op badkamer deed het niet, aangegeven bij receptie maar is tijdens ons verblijf niet gemaakt. - er zijn saunafaciliteiten maar hiervoor moet je betalen.

Goede uitvalsbasis voor fietstochten in de streek. Goede ontvangst, ruime en propere kamers. Wij hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van de extra faciliteiten van het hotel. Ter plaatse mogelijk van te dineren in het restaurant met Italiaanse keuken. Het diner was verzorgd en lekker. Uitgebreid en verzorgd ontbijt. Voor de dranken bij het ontbijt was spijtig genoeg een automaat voorzien al had deze wel vele mogelijkheden en was de kwaliteit niet slecht. De prijs van het nochtans uitgebreide ontbijt was tamelijk hoog. Ook het diner (menu), dat wel heel lekker was, was in functie van het aangebodene tamelijk duur.

het was maar 1 overnachting maar alles was naar wens vriendelijk personeel, goede ontvangst aan balie, mooie en nette kamer en hebben heel lekker gegeten in het gezellige restaurantje.

De steeds correcte ontvangst, het onmiddellijk beantwoorden van alle vragen (fietsenstalplaats, fietsenkaart enz.), de correcte bediening in bar en restaurant en het lekkere eten.

Durant mon séjour à l'hôtel Atlantis, j'ai tout particulièrement apprécié le personnel de cet hôtel. Je l'ai trouvé très professionnel, et attentif aux besoins de la clientèle. J'ai trouvé que l'isolation acoustique de ma chambre n'était pas suffisante. Les personnes qui passent dans le couloir, ou la tv d'une autre chambre, voilà des choses normales qui pourtant m'ont perturbé dans mon sommeil.

We zijn slechts één nachtje in hotel Atlantis geweest voor onze kerstshopping in Aaken en Maastricht. Het personeel was hartelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer was netjes, goed verlucht en voldoende groot, in de badkamer was alles voorhanden, de matrassen waren prima (we hebben heel goed geslapen). 's Avonds hebben we nog iets gedronken in de bar en het ontbijt in de ochtend was uitgebreid en lekker! Het hotel was precies wat we verwacht hadden voor een nachtje Genk!
