Best Western Hotel Belfort  

The bathroom was ok.

This is a hotel where you can leave 'best' behind! So just 'Western'! We asked for a non-smokingroom (on the website), but it wasn't (so it smelled disgusting), the blankets on the bed where dirty and even if they say that they have a free taxiservice, it's not possible because it's busy! So you have to pay by yourself a private taxi and the personnel is even not friendly!!!! We think we payed too much for what we got from accomodation!

Location

The staff were not very accomodating, When we arrived i was expecting a double room, and the receptionist spoke to me in an argumentative manor, she offerd us a double room but was quite small and not refurbished like the others. No parking, nearest car park was a 10 minute walk. Breakfast was awfull

Staff could have promoted their services - free taxi n breakfast included - in a better way.

It has a great location in the main square, in a lovely old building

The room was small and the double bed was also small and too bouncy for 2 people. Every time I got out of bed I stubbed my toe on the desk, because the room was too small to have so much furniture in it.When we arrived, the bed just had one pillow on it. When looking for another pillow I found a half eaten packet of crisps in the wardrobe in front of the screwed up pillow.It was very cold during the night and I couldn't sleep. I had to put a jumper on. The wc was very noisy as was the cleaner in the morning, who woke us up.

Staff very helpful and eager to assist. No problem too small. centrally located and comfortable as a hotel should be. Will use again on next visit.

La situación del hotel es inmejorable y sin duda las vistas de la habitación.

Pese a que la habitación era confortable, existía cierto olor en toda la planta y habitación a insecticida bastante molesto. Además, el aseo olía a tuberías. Por otro lado, había una biblia en el armario, desconozco si era de algún huesped anterior.

Gestione temperatura camera e bagno non sufficiente. Accessori bagno (sapone- scopino wc) assenti. Asciugamani-atc. Senza "consistenza".

Je n'apprécie pas que les chambres "single" et c'est le cas dans d'autres chaines d'hôtel, ont une fenêtre sans vue ... et guère plus de lumière!

L'emplacement est idéal

La chambre n'a rien à voir avec les photos du site, elle est petite, viellotte avec une vue sur un toit, l'amabilité du personnel envers les français laisse à désirer, la chambre était préparée pour une seule personne alors qu'elle a bien était réservée pour deux. Le buffet du petit déj est limite mais le pire c'est que lorsque la reservation a eu lieu via booking.com le petit déj devait être compris est au final ça ne l'était pas.
