de rust en de netheid. het was een mooie kamer ik heb toen ik aankwam de douch effe moeten laten lopen om de rioolgeur in de badkamer weg te krijgen, maar daarna was het ok. Er ontbrak wel een wc-borstel |

Mogenlijkheid voor vrij gebruik van een taxi binnen de 15 km. Vooral i.v.m. zakelijke relaties die wat buiten het sentrum liggen was dit zeer positief. |

Het personeel was aardig en het ontbijt was ook goed verzorgd. Ik vond de badkamer smerig met zwarte randen en scheuren in de muren en dat had ik voor die prijs niet verwacht. |

Het is Prijs,kwaliteit en service een zeer goed hotel en ook de restauratie is uitstekend voor een zakenverblijf.Ik was reeds meedere malen in dit hotel en zal er zeker nog terug komen. |

Zeer centraal gelegen op de markt en slechts minuten lopen van het station. Vriendelijk personeel. Prachtig gerenoveerde kamer. Uitstekend ontbijt en zeer goede internetverbinding (inclusief). Het hoofdkussen was zo onaangenaam dik dat ik uiteindelijk met mijn hoofd op een gevouwen handdoek geslapen heb. Maar verder was alles uitstekend. |

Mitarbeiter waren bemüht, obwohl es einige Mängel und Ablaufprobleme gab. Keine hoteleigenen Parkplätze, defektes Zimmerschlüsselsystem; zu wenige Mitarbeiter, daher lange Wartezeiten an der Rezeption; keine ansprechende Ausstattung des Hotels allgemein und der Zimmer (meine Zimmer-Nr. 19); umständliche Bezahlung (Frühstück separat). |

Nous avons aimé séjourner dans cet hôtel, proche du restaurant où avait lieu le mariage de mon fils. dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de ventilation dans la salle de bain (fenêtre ou VMC) Anecdote : nous avons déclenché l'alarme incendie vers 6 h du matin à cause de la vapeur de la douche... |

Un accueil à tout heure, un personnel aimable et surtout un service de taxis très pratique pour les soirées comme pour un mariage etc... Peut-être un petit peu trop de froideur envers les français. Et c'est dommage que les lits était des lits séparés pour une chambre pour deux personnes. |

La chambre en elle-même est bien, mais sans plus. On s'attend à plus de prestations de la part d'un hôtel qui propose des prix élevés. La vue ! Nous avions une chambre donnant sur une miniscule cour, morne, sans aucun charme ! Il semblerait qu'il faut prendre une chambre privilège pour avoir vu à la place de Courtrai. De plus le personnel de l'hôtel n'est pas aimable. |

La terraza que tiene resulta agradable para tomarse un cafe o una cerveza si hace bueno. el suelo del ascendor con un papel pegado con cinta aislante, se abren las puertas y me encuentro frente a un pasillo maloliente lleno de colchones apoyados contra la pared, somiers de las camas, puertas de armarios y mesitas con cajones... ¿que es esto? ¿donde estoy? |
