Free wi-fi The breakfasts were poor. The fruit had gone off, and it took 10 mins before any of the staff could get me a coffee. They were also bad at topping up the fruit juices and the croissants.

The staff were very friendly, the facilities were excellent as was the room, in decor, cleanliness and comfort. Breakfast was delicious, generous and well presented. The location was just perfect, right on the town square. Just wish we had been staying longer :-) Thanks would absolutely recommend this hotel to other people

The bathroom was ok. This is a hotel where you can leave 'best' behind! So just 'Western'! We asked for a non-smokingroom (on the website), but it wasn't (so it smelled disgusting), the blankets on the bed where dirty and even if they say that they have a free taxiservice, it's not possible because it's busy! So you have to pay by yourself a private taxi and the personnel is even not friendly!!!! We think we payed too much for what we got from accomodation!

Location The staff were not very accomodating, When we arrived i was expecting a double room, and the receptionist spoke to me in an argumentative manor, she offerd us a double room but was quite small and not refurbished like the others. No parking, nearest car park was a 10 minute walk. Breakfast was awfull

In comparison to Ibis in Kortrijk this one has WiFi that was working.Quiet. It was horribly stinking in the lift and in corridor. There was poor choice for brekfast and poor quality. Not nice window view (wall).

ontvangst zeer koel. Man kon mijn reserving niet vinden, uiteindelijk wel. Vertrek eveneens zeer koel. worden geen vragen gesteld. Bij mijn opmerking tot de volgende keer geen reactie. Vind dit hotel niet meer een aanrader van vriendelijkheid, tenminste deze man.Laten ze maar vlug een andere man/vrouw hier neerzetten.

Zie aub hieronder We waren eerder teleurgesteld - we hadden al eens een Best Western in Italie, en vonden deze prima. Het promotie-aanbod van Kortrijk was goed - maar de kamer was klein en onpersoonlijk, niet een erge gezellige omgeving - de bediening aan de balie was kort en bondig, zonder persoonlijk kontakt - het was eerlijk gezegd niet echt een aanrader - maar voor een nacht was dit dan geen probleem.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel dat bovendien heel behulpzaam was om ons de weg te wijzen om en rond de stad. De gratis shuttle service was een fijne verrassing ! Omdat de reden van ons verblijf in Kortrijk een driedaags muziekevenement was en we dus vrij laat gingen slapen was het ontbijt wel vroeg afgelopen. Maar, het was erg verzorgd en lekker !
