This is a good quality hotel located close to the railway station. There are other hotels located in the vicinity that I have stayed at but they are either too expensive for the quality of service provided or cheaper and consequently lacking in quality. This hotel is ideal for my needs.

An excellent alternative when one doesn't find accommodation in Brussels. The hotel is near the train station and it is easy to travel from and to the airport and/or Brussels. Hotel is well equipped.

Friendly reception, clean room, close to Leuven railway station, 20min from Brussels by train.

Good breakfast buffet, nice and comfortable room, close to the train station and city centre (walking distance).

The bathroom is really basic. Overall I think the price is a little high for the hotel's level.

Breakfast good. Staff friendly and efficient. Comfy bed and pleasant room. Decent TV and free wifi.

Room far too hot. Bathroom like a sauna. Even with the bedroom window open it was too hot for sleeping and this in the cold season.

Quiet location in the centre of beautiful Leuven, 5 minutes walk from railway station with plenty of nice café's and restaurants. The breakfast was top quality and well presented. The bedroom was modern, stylish and very clean. Parking on site was helpfull.

Wifi was extra cost

The hotel was only 5 minutes walk from the station and so convienient for a solo traveller arriving in the evening. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly and the the hotel felt small and cosy. The rooms were very clean and the bathroom fittings looked like new only the tiling seemed to be older but they weren't unclean). The breakfast area was also fresh and smart with plenty of breakfast choices to choose from.

I likt to have a tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Reception did provide a travel kettle upon request.

Great hotel with friendly staff. Good location nearby the city centre, railway station.

Expensive WI-FI connection.

The beds were very comfortable--I had 3 great nights' sleep there.

The hotel was older than expected, and the photos of the rooms didn't give the true picture- a bit disappointed.

The room was too hot, and had no air-con. It was also very expensive for what you get (135eur per night!)

Excellent rooms, helpful staff, computers at reception, prime location, varied breakfast including bacon & eggs. We will return.

No air conditioning on a hot day. A shame that I wasn't allowed to book a parking space. Eventually, there were plenty of spaces and the car park was almost empty so there was no need to worry.

No Air Condition. I stayed in the hotel during the hot weather and it wasn’t pleasant, had to keep window open despite the noise from the traffic. No much or no ventilation in the bathroom either

our room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was one of the best continental breakfasts we have had for choice and setting, staff all very helpfull, good central position near shops and rail/bus stations.

No complaints - very good rooms (2) excellent breakfast choice and very friendly and helpful staff - on the expensive side for a 3* but decided Belgium is quite expensive for UK visitors anyway. Not too dificult to find
