Hotel Binnenhof  

This was our second stay at Hotel Binnehof. One thing that we thoroughly enjoy is the delicious breakfast offerings. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. When we return to Leuven to visit family this will be our hotel of choice.

Location

Very poor internet facilities. Only internet connection in the room at a fairly high rate, very slow computers in the lobby.

Excellent buffet breakfast. Pleasant staff.

There was no free internet. Infact, it was rather expensive. They had no policy of replacing only the towels which were left on the ground thus it seems they are not interested in conserving water.

I liked the proximity of the hotel to the train station and the city centre (especially the main library building). The price was also reasonable. The breakfast provided a good range of options including the cheese tray. The staff helped me find a location to eat, along with a map, and also were useful in checking my train schedule.

Location nearby railway station and central in the city of Leuven.

As a business traveller in need of staying in touch with the office it irritates me to have to pay for internet connection. Not so much the cost of it but the hassle of getting a password, login in etc. Hello this is 2011 !

Very nice hotel, conveniently located, with extremely nice and helpful staff. The staff is really extraordinary! Clean place, without bad or unusual smells, everything that we needed - was there. And they serve very good coffee as well as tasty breakfast!

Just minor things: drops of water leaking from a tap, which needs small maintenance; additional charge for internet use – nowadays internet access is like a fresh water or electricity – should be included. But overall – other places have the same odd policy, and the Binnenhof hotel in my opinion is really very good one!

Very nice and efficient staff. Our six bicycles rested safely in the night in a locked room close to the reception, thanks for that.

Excellent with wifi, but in many other hotels the wifi-connection is free.

Good location: 500 m from the railway station,1,5 km from the city center. Hotel*** comfort is O.K. for a city trip. Buffet breakfast is very good: complimentary glass of sparkling wine, bacon, scrambled eggs, fruits and vegetables...

Rooms are OK, breakfast is very good

The usable half of the parking spaces was occupied when I arrived and the other half is really too small to call them parking spaces (but after some discussion the parking fee was not charged to me). Rooms are too expensive, there are better offers in the area.
