Pleasant and large well appointed room, very comfortable. The best breakfast I have experienced in 20 years of relatively low cost international travel. Expensive internet. When some cheaper hotels can provide free wifi internet, this seems unnecessary. But it is a general problem with mid-range hotels. |

There was an available room by booking using the internet. Parking space was an additional 12 euro fee. I had a difficult time looking for a parking space around the block. The room did not have the following: a coffee maker, iron/ironing board, refrigerator, electric fan during the summer. It is located across the prison house. |

Cheerful, helpful, multilingual staff; proximity to train station, shopping, restaurants Shocked to find on arrival that the room was not air conditioned, despite the fact that the description of the hotel on the web site mentioned air conditioning. True: the lobby was air conditioned, and we were told one suite was air conditioned, but it was not available. Consequently, we had an UNair conditioned room in August, really intolerable, especially with the mosquitoes! |

Spacious room for two. Bathroom new, and nice shower. Friendly staff. Breakfast good. The hottest day in Belgium this year most probably and NO airconditioning in the rooms. Quite unbearable at night even though we realise it is not very common for the summers to this hot. |

The breakfast was very nice and a bonus as it is included in the room price. The location is also very good as you have easy access to the train station, shops, cinema and many places to eat to suit all tastes within a 5-10 min walk. I would recomend this hotel to people who want a cheap place to stay with a good location and not too bothered about the beds, if its only a place to lay your head then it will do fine. The beds were uncomfortable and 2 single beds pushed together as a double wich made it awfull to sleep in. We also got some noise from outside as we were at the rear of the hotel and there were 3 airconditioning units by our wondow, which were on throughout the night. |

The hotel is well located in the city center & close to the business area I was visiting, so convenient. The rooms are basic, with mine being just painted brick wall & pretty small. However, for a single night business trip, the room was comfortable & clean & the staff very friendly. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of fresh food. Having arrived in to Brussels on Eurostar at 9.30pm, the taxi fare was high to reach the hotel, 80 euros, although this is not the hotels fault. We arrived after 10pm & had not eaten. The hotel offered no food services at all & we found that the city center had no food outlets, except for a kebab takeaway shop near the station. |

Nice hotel if you don't want luxury and just need a clean and quiet place to sleep and eat breakfast. Staff: friendly. Rooms: comfortable, clean, quiet (at least in the back of the hotel). Breakfast: very good and a lot of choice. Location: close to the city center, about 5 or 10 minutes walking distance. |
