The hotel is well located in the city center & close to the business area I was visiting, so convenient. The rooms are basic, with mine being just painted brick wall & pretty small. However, for a single night business trip, the room was comfortable & clean & the staff very friendly. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of fresh food. Having arrived in to Brussels on Eurostar at 9.30pm, the taxi fare was high to reach the hotel, 80 euros, although this is not the hotels fault. We arrived after 10pm & had not eaten. The hotel offered no food services at all & we found that the city center had no food outlets, except for a kebab takeaway shop near the station. |

Nice hotel if you don't want luxury and just need a clean and quiet place to sleep and eat breakfast. Staff: friendly. Rooms: comfortable, clean, quiet (at least in the back of the hotel). Breakfast: very good and a lot of choice. Location: close to the city center, about 5 or 10 minutes walking distance. |

Nothing- the room was like a Youth hostel room, the car parking was ridiculously narrow and extra, no internet connection because it was "broken"(despite being advertised). Very poor value. |

Very well located hotel in the center of Leuven. Rooms were very clean and of a good size, Breakfast was excellent Two beds pushed together do not make a double bed. |

Positive things: Nice location, clean quite, comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast, 24h reception. Nice view over a prison (but this will depend on your room). Good facilities in the room (including a standard safe deposit box and a fridge). 12€ for 8h wifi was a bit pricey (but the connection worked very well). Non smoking, but still ashtray in the room? Pricey compared to other hotels in the area (my rate was 130€/night). |
