Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, room of a good and comfortable size, good location. It was clearly a non-smoking room, but it did smell of smoke for the first couple of days. Not their fault if the last guest broke the rules, but not very nice for us. |

We had a reasonably spacious, clean room with a nice bathroom. Staff were friendly and spoke English. Double bed was comprised of two single bed made up individually and pushed together. Rather characterless room, and everything was brown! |

Hotel was conveniently located near the train station. Breakfast was great. The decor was quite out of date, which made me worry about the cleanliness -- though the hotel was perfectly fine. The view out the windows at the back was not particularly nice. |

Convenient location. The hotel is very close to the Leuven station. Hotel Binnenhof also provides very nice breakfast. The hotel is for short-stay or business trip. There is no facilities for relaxation. |

Walking distance to center of old city. Inside parking. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Ambiance of room beautiful. Liked your offer of a glass of champagne. Women at main desk upon our arrival was not welcoming. Very curt. When asked for directions to the airport she practicallt threw the map at my husband and quickly pointed to location of hotel and then route number to airport. Later in day, she was on the phone and it was clear it was a personal call. Perosn at checkout next day was much nicer but certainly did not ask if we had enjoyed our stay. |

Specifically requested a non-smoking room - but given a smoking room. Who on earth would want to stay in a triple room with a child and smoke??? |
