Older style but freshly painted and clean. Comfortable bed. Elevator was very small, barely adequate for two with bags, heavy door was also hard to open. Room not air conditioned. For price paid, would have expected free WiFi internet. (Lower cost and better appointed hotels elsewhere on our trip did offer free internet.) Breakfast was just adequate. Town map provided on request was very basic. Reception staff did their job but were not very welcoming |

The hotel is very comfotable and has a nice atmosphere. The distance to the centre of Leuven is very good, about appr. 10 minute walk. The room was very clean and really big, even a balcony! Breakfast was good. |

The wide variety of choices offered at breakfast and the service in the breakfast room. The quality of the bathroom and fittings. Although I requested a non-smoking room, the bed linen smelled quite strongly of smoke. |

I can´t think of any complaints at all. Staff was really nice, room was in good condition, clean and spacious.Breakfast was also great. |
