The best thing is undoubtedly is location, very close to the centre. The heating of the hotel, very loud an ineffective. You should expect more of an hotel in Brugges. |

Location - 5 mins from centre of town and shops. Quiet street. Helpful staff and pleasant breakfast room. Would stay again if issues below were addressed. Cleanliness . Very damp and black mould on walls & ceiling in room and bathroom. Tile cracked. Hairdryer did not work. Electric fire too noisy to put on . Shower had not been cleaned properly in a long time - black mould on it. |

We were greeted even before we went through the front door. The staff and particularly Jasmine, the manager were extremely helpful and pleasant. It was very quiet and amazingly so for such a central location. We liked the option of the late breakfast (until 10:30.) |

Yasmine, the hotel owner, is very friendly and approachable. The rooms are well kept and the breakfast is of a very good quality. I particularly liked the fruit salad and good quality of meats and cheeses. The room was very comfortable but a little small. |

The location was pretty convenient to the tourist attractions. Continental breakfast was nice. No A/C so you have to leave your windows open - so the noise from the street can be a little loud. |

Friendly and helpful staff, OK breakfast Lots of mosquitos in the room (entire family had multiple bites), needed to change room as our 5-year old son was not allowed to share a king size bed (extra charge 15 Euros) |

The central location to the centre of Bruges and the friendlyness of the staff. Their help in direction to various location questions The presence of midges in our bathroom due no-doubt to the amount of water in Bruges. A daily spray of midge killer would be beneficial or a can of this substance in the rooms for guests use. |

Centrally located in a quiet street, no traffic noise. Hotel manager very helpful in suggesting places to see and giving directions. Breakfast was very good. A good size bedroom with a rather small but functional bathroom. Comfortable beds. Lots of tourist imformation folders available in the reception area. In-room TV screen rather small but not important. |

The hotel was located on a quiet street yet very near to the centre of Brugge. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good - fresh fruit was appreciated. Our hostess, Yasmine, was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. |
