Was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in,rooms small, the room I got was at front of hotel n was woke at 4 in morning by Market traders outside my window putting there stalls up, no car park so had to walk half mile to public car park, would never stay there again! Staff rude,

Clean and simple. Excellent breakfast. Plenty of light in room and bathroom with two windows in the corner room we had. Two sinks and two hairdryers? Amazing! Perfect for girlie weekends ! Free wi fi. Lovely view of Marina. Easy access to railway station and ferries. Bruge 10mins by train. Bar was not open on any of the three nights of our weekend break!

Extended time for breakfast. Good range of food for breakfast. English Newspaper. Helpfull staff. Comfortable beds (but not pillows) No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Very flat firm pillows.

Reception area, restaurant and breakfast very good, staff friendly and all spoke English which helps as my Flemish is limited. Bed comfortable. The location is ideal if coming from Brussels on the train as it is a five minute walk. Not far from the beautiful sea front on which you can walk for miles. We were dissapointed in our room, it was classed as a double room but the only thing that was double was the bed, we knew it was a back room we had booked, we had to put our cases on top of the wardrobe as space was tight around the bed, and the bathroom was tiny, it was a half bath, very difficult to shower, and when you needed the toilet, you had to manouver youself as the sink was at an angle, bathroom only suitable for small people, we are average size adults. Pillows very bad, very flat and uncomfortable. If we visit Ostend again, we would use the Hotel, but would choose a different room

The hotel is located in the city centre, on the shopping street leading to the sea, and just few meters from the yacht harbour. The room is ok, nothing remarkable. The breakfast was good (even fresh strawberry). Free Internet. One bottle (500ml) of mineral water in the room - free of charge. Since the hotel is in the city centre, we had to use the not really spacious hotel parking (15 eur per night), which is located one block from the hotel. Not really comfortable and expensive... The price of the room is high in comparison to provided comfort. No minibar.

I was on a business trip and the Internet connection - which is one of the most important features for me - was absolutely fabolous. It was available everywhere, indoor and outdoor and the speed was 15Mbit+. I also liked breakfast: really good! The room was really tiny and a bit stinky, due to the position (surrounded by other walls, it could not get any sun at all. The bathroom had a shower and a small seating bath with curved base. Have you ever tried to have a shower on curved steps? :) That said, I prefer the option to have a shower other than not having this option at all. To me it was absolutely ok, but some guests may complain about it.

The hotel is in an excellent position for the shops and for the harbour and all the eating places.The breakfast was excellent with such a choice of food. It was a shame that our room had the fire exit staircase right out side the window, but the room was comfortable. Would not hesitate to book there again.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Breakfast was excellent. When arriving at the hotel the receptionist seemed completely indifferent; no warm welcome. Also, the room was not very clean. No mini-bar.
