The location Very high the rate compared at the offer. The room was very poor with cheap furniture. No care of the garden which looks out the window of the hall. |

Good location, although shabby neighbourhood. Bright, spacious rooms. Poor management. Unprofessional staf. Very poor communication skills. When the hotel was crowded, no hot shower. Took 3 days before minibar was refilled. |

The buffet breakfast is good and the location is perfect. This is the third time we stayed in this hotel and we are so disappointed that they provided us very bad room on the fourth floor. We will never ever stay in this hotel again. |

Hotel is very central and close to attrations. breakfast good. I did not find the room was to a 4 star standard. Was nicely furnished but was in need of a lick of paint as there were dirty marks on the walls. |

The proximity to the train station and downtown, right in the middle of both Hotel was not what I expected: poor neighborhood, peeling walls and less than desirable sound protection. IF you are arriving/leaving on a Sunday and are walking to the train station, there is a huge market impeding your path to the station and hotel. Suggest you allot time to go around instead of dragging your luggage through the crowds of people. |

1. Size of Rooms is quite Large when compared to other European Hotels.I Was very happy to note that I will not be feeling claustrophobic which is a normal thing in Hotels in Europe. 2. Hotel is Clean and service is good. I complained about the broken shower cord and they fixed it immediately. 3. Front office cleark Mr.Moustafa is a good man and was polite to me. 1. Food is nothing great and it is not at all value for money. 2. The Front office did not accept usd and they insisted on payment in euros which is strange. (I had ran out of my maximum usage limit of my Credit card.) Nor they do accept Travellers' cheques. I had difficult time in converting my usd to Euros by going to nearby Money Changer at nearby Midi Station by walking 15 + 15 minutes. What if there was no money changer nearby. |

Reasonably close to Bruxelles Midi station yet walkable to the city centre. Hotel was clean and modern and the staff helpful. Breakfast was a bit plastic. The immediate location was not beautiful but nor was it terrible. |

Good location close to train station, metro station and city center. Very good breakfast, large and clean room. Great value for money. Recommended for city and business trips. Not the best neighborhood after dark, noisy wedding in Sunday noon at Greek Orthodox church across the street |

The hotel is located in a walking distance (Less than 10 min) from Brussel-Zuid/Midi train station and also it takes 10-15 minutes if you want to walk to the City Centre (Grand Palace & Central Station). The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was absolutely clean and silent. |

Hotel has been recently refurbished. Large rooms, modern furniture. Good taste in decorations. Very good quality to ratio price (at least with booking.com) The area is close to Gare du Midi, and has a run-down aspect. Not to near to center. |

Hotel staff were friendly, rooms were modern and dining was ok. First room we were given had a leak from the ceiling, which had been attempted to have been covered up by pushing the beds apart and piling our towels in the middle of the floor. Carpet and towels were soaking wet. Complained and room was changed without question. Unfortunately, next room had no shower rail or curtain as it had been ripped off. Too late at night to change again. Hotel is generally nice and rooms are large and comfortable, it just seems that maintanance can be poor. Our friends stayed in the next room and theirs was great. Depends on the luck of the draw. |

Very clean and big room, comfortable bed and pillows, quiet neighbourhood, AC, good breakfast – really good value for the price. Unfortunately I had a problem with a safe. On the day I had been leaveing I could not opened it with my code. I ask receptionist for help and had been waiting for him half of hour. (He was busy with “checking out” and there was nobody else to help.) When he finally came, he could not open it either. After additional half of hour the room keeper came with a key and opened the safe. They all apologise a lot… |

The hotel was within walking distance of the railway station and the centre of the city. It was extremely quiet and very relaxing. I would have liked tea/coffee making facilities. |
