It was situated in a convenient location., and (when taking into account the discounted price) it was good value. Service was good, with friendly staff. The strip light was replaced within 15 minutes of my reporting that it was not working. The web-site advertises Parking available on site - there is no parking, except by meter on the main road, or a very expensive small car park (close by) which charges 15 euro's per HALF day! I was fortunate to stay at the weekend and found on street parking that was free (after searching the back streets!). The bathroom lighting was dim (and the bathroom had not been properly cleaned). |

Excellent location - very near the Eurostar train station and Old Town. Nice big room and hotel facilities, excellent staff service and breakfast. Good value for money. I would stay again. There was a funny smell when you first entered the room when the AC was on. |

The room is spacious. The design of the hotel (including room and bathroom) are modern. The location is excellent, very close to the metro station, and easy to walk to the center of the city. My husband and I were very happy to have stayed in this hotel, especially a nice buffet breakfast was included with such a nice price. |

A very nice boutique hotel, small with very pleasant decor. 10 minute stroll from the Grand Place.Plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby Mini bar was not stocked with water and bathroom starting to look tired. Parking can be hard to find |

Very modern, clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. The hotel is listed as having parking facilities - this is not the case, there is only public time limited parking outside, which is ok to drop your bags off - if there is a space, as parking is quite busy throughout Brussells. There appeared to be no overnight parking for vehicles over 1. |

The hotel is located in a pleasant area, and within 10 minutes walk to the city-center. Large room. It is not a 4 stars hotel, but more of 3 stars-superior standard. Poor quality breakfast (maybe because it was a national festive day), and poorly-trained staff. |

Staff was extremely helpful, the rooms were large, very clean and comfortable (although there was some slight damage on one of our bathroom walls). I enjoyed the location which was a bit off the beaten path but close enough to the city center. The breakfast situation was good, but not ideal. On our first day we got there at 9:00 am (the breakfast starts at 7:30 am and lasts until 10:30 am) and were able to enjoy a full breakfast: scrambled eggs, sausages, different kinds of bread, a meat plate, cheeses, the option to boil your own egg (which I thought was great), some vegetables, fresh juices, and a coffee machine with such varieties as... |
