Floris Hotel Avenue  

The room was huge--this was a surprise as I'm used to Western European hotel rooms being cramped (not that I mind much). The bathroom was huge as well. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice. The lounge outside the breakfast room was lit with tons of natural light and is a beautiful space in which to relax.

Breakfast was nothing special; the coffee machine was terrible (I would not call what came out coffee of any sort). The room was a little worn, not extremely clean (though I've stayed in worse), and a few spots in the room required repair. My room was non-smoking (assumed the entire floor was), but the hallway absolutely reeked of smoke, which was physically irritating (but thankfully did not permeate into my room).

Modern comfortable hotel in walking distance of station and centre, good vlue for money

Nice Large room, and shower

Paid for a Executive double room, but I was not as decribed at Booking .com. No kettle or bathrobe, and was very similar to the double room.

Despite small annoyances, would stay here again because of location: a 15-minute walk from Brussels Midi station and 10 minutes from the Grand Place. Very quiet. Room was huge and breakfast adequate. Front staff helpful where possible with problems.

Small problems: broken hair-dryer, flat battery in safe, sloppy housekeeping. No coffee/tea making facilities provided or any drinking glasses. Pillows uncomfortable.

Have stayed multiple times and Floris has enormous rooms for it's price, friendly people working there, an ok breakfast and has a certain style.

40 euro for checking in after 11h, 15 euro to use wifi, it's preposterous, this brings rooms to more than 100 euro, that's a shame, they should work on that (especially the late checkout, it's only the cleaning lady having to do the room last, so easy to do!). It's also not centrally located but closer to Midi station which can be a shady area. As usual, some of the rooms were perfect, some of our rooms had mold, dirt, bits broken, etc.

It has a convenient location, close to the center of Brussels and to the train station which we were leaving from.

I found the desk staff to be not very comunicative, also we requested early arrival since our flight from the us arrived at 9am but we found that we could not check into our room until 1 pm. Also the fee charged for wireless internet is a bit much considering the rate we paid for the room

The staff we,re polite and helpful.I stayed because we we,re near the station which was our main objective for the holiday.Breakfast lovely and room clean and large.

Chambre très spacieuse.

Le fait que l'on nous débite sur la carte de crédit la totalité des frais de notre séjour lors de la réservation (4 mois à l'avance) et mentionné non remboursable alors que rien ne l'indiquait lors de la réservation. Bar de l'hôtel pas en service. Manque de jour dans la chambre (fenêtre trop petite)

E' molto ben posizionato per la visita della città ed ha la fermata della metro alle spalle.
